Nintendo Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Edition Pro Controller - Switch

The Nintendo Switch Pro Controller is an extremely solid and enjoyable game pad. It feels great to hold and play games with. While the price is $15 higher than the normal one, it’s probably got something to do with both the new design, and the improvements made on the D-pad. Overall, a great experience for playing games. The only thing that bothers me about this controller is the grips. This may not actually be an actual issue, but somehow it feels like the Smash Ultimate Pro Controller has less of a “grip” feel on it, compared to the original Pro Controller. I’m not sure why this is, or if this problem exists on other Pro Controllers with colored grips, however if I had to guess I would say it’s due to the paint on the controller just barely covering the grip material. Supposedly, the original Switch Pro Controller has had its D-pad issue fixed, so unless you want this special edition, I’d recommend the regular black Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. Other than the grip and D-pad, this controller is pretty much perfect.

This is my second Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, but this one is the SSBU edition. T new are great full size controllers for when you are playing TV or even Tabletop mode. The are also cheaper then the joycons...at times and models.

D-pad feels alright but I have a better grip with the GameCube controller. Almost there Nintendo!

I like the fact I dont have to put skins on this thing to make it look nice but its a shame they still have not fixed the dpad on this thing. but anyways I liked the design which is why I bought it

Finally I can enjoy gaming on my switch. This controller is so comfortable to hold. It’s much better than using the joy cons for sure.

Omg the seller is awesome. My grandson s switch controllers broke so I was going to buy him new one. But it was kinda late because it just broke. It said not to be delivered till after Christmas but I got it today. My grandson is going to be so happy. Thank you so much

As stated in the title, the left analog stick has shifted out of place and now has deadzones after a month of regular use.

These were made a few years ago when the Smash Bros game came out as a limited release. I just got mine in the mail today and the battery does not have enough of a charge to even turn on when plugged in. These lithium batteries have been sitting dead, uncharged for years at this point, aka they no longer work. Returning on the spot. Unfortunate, really. Nintendo only sells the regular black ones so I thought Id shell out the extra $ for a unique version. Dont do it. Youve missed the boat. Let the rest of these rot in the warehouse. Horrible experience.
