Nite Ize Original Steelie Magnetic Phone Socket - Additional Magnet for Steelie Phone Mounting Systems

I love these Steele magnet systems! I have the receivers in my car and a simple stand on my desk. They hold super tight and stay in place no matter what I do. I play some phone games that require vigorous tapping of the screen and my phone never budges! Do have to give a solid yank to remove them, but thats what you want. You want that tight magnetic seal. I even have the receiving ends (small circle with 3M tape) in other cars that stay firmly in place and dont bother anyone else.

Love this. I travel for my job, i got the steelie dash mount and it doesnt move much. Better than any other mounting product for my phone. I use this with an iphone 6 plus and it holds it. I love that you can put it on equipment at the gym or put it on anything metal and it stays.

I learned about this product from a fellow traveler while on a flight from Texas one year, and ordered it right away. Now its where my cell phone sits whenever Im in the car - and I can listen to internet radio programs and seminars with ease as I drive. One thing to be mindful of - in the hot days of summer the adhesive on the back of the phone that holds the magnet on can begin to melt. Before I was aware of this I replaced the magnet once and the adhesive a number of times. Now I cover the phone if the sun is extremely hot in that area and Ive been fine. Replacement kits, like the one I recently purchased, are available.

This best mounting system I know of. Love it!

Love the magnet and ball mount. Never used the suction cup. I work with lots of metal equipment, and stick my phone to it. Works great. So handy. Works with iPhone7 in an Otterbox Defender perfectly.

Put this mount on my daily driver and it was decent for the first few weeks but the silicone piece that is supposed to hold it in place is wore out already allowing the phone to rotate around instead of staying up right.

So far I love these little guys. The down fall is if the rubber gasket falls out they don’t hold up well. Also the chrome peels.
