We purchased this with a gift card and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the massager. Its strong and doesnt seem to need frequent charging. When I messaged warranty support after I had an issue, they helped resolve the issue quickly and honored the long warranty attached with the product. I cant remember the last time I got service like that.

The massager worked great but it stopped turning on after 8 months of use. For such an expensive product, this is very disappointing. Unable to contact seller for refund or exchange.

Ive been using this product for years and absolutely love this massage gun! Has been running like a champ but recently ran into an issue with the charger. I’ve been using the massage gun for relief of my sciatica nerve pain and it has helped so much! I use it every night before bed and when I get up in the morning to relieve the pain. Don’t know where I’d be without it. So worth the investment.

I had a problem with this product right out of the box. It wouldnt charge. However, the nocry team contacted me about my satisfaction, and I told them my problem. Since I live in Korea, I had to have it shipped to me from the States. They replied right away regarding my problem and gave me a full refund. This company stands by their warranty of 4 years. Their customer service is outstanding. Very prompt response and took care of my issue. The gun itself is easy to use and handles well when using on yourself due to the angle of the handle. I would highly recommend this company and this massage gun to anyone.
