Noctua NA-SCW1, Cleaning Wipes for Thermal Paste (20 pieces)

A lot of people simply use isopropyl alcohol to clean CPUs and heatsinks but at the price, these are a must better option. One towelette will easily clean both the CPU and heatsink of the cooler.

Yes I know, you can achieve the same thing with paper towels and rubbing alcohol. However its just so convenient being able to tear open a pack of wipes, and clean the thermal paste off your IHS and heatsink...

The alcohol does not evaporate quickly and even so when it evaporates you still need to clean it with something soft, i would rather use Qtips with rubbing alcohol than buying this again

Thermal paste removal is challenging, these get it done with minimal mess.

They are okay. I feel like I had to polish pretty hard with the wipe to get the thermal compound off. Even then not all of it would come off. I feel the problem with these wipes is that they are not wet enough and I would have to scrape the thermal compound off with my nail. What I found to work best is the Arctic Silver Solution. One drop and the thermal paste starts breaking apart requiring only light polishing. Using these wipes after would then be a better experience. However you could just use a Q-tip/soft paper towel instead with the drops.

If you do a lot of custom computer builds. These wipes clean every bit of old thermal compound on the cpu off. They are just simply amazing and worth every penny. 10/10

These are easy to use and work perfectly.
