Noctua NA-SCW1, Cleaning Wipes for Thermal Paste (20 pieces)

Replaced the stock fan on my sons PC. Cleaned up the old paste quickly and easily.

Great and useful thermo paste remover. This is so much more convenient to use that the small bottles plus cotton pads or swabs. One napkin goes a long way. Two thumbs up highly recommend.

I got these to clean off thermal paste when I repair client machines. Its great and from a respectable company. My only gripe is they are a bit too saturated in the cleaning solution, however, I wont knock a star off, because its better than being too dry and having to use two wipes.

Much easier to clean than the last time I used just alcohol. Plenty in the box, if they dont dry out over time, I will have enough to last a lifetime lol. They do leave a residue, which the manufacturer says is purely cosmetic and will not interfere with operation. I wiped it off anyway to be sure. Highly recommended!

I was able to clean 1 CPU and 3 GPU(s) with a single wipe. These wipes are thick and soaked in solution. Easy to use and clean very well. Might not be the most economical choice, but definitely a no-hassle, pick-up and go tool.

Ive used Noctua coolers for a while now. this was a different type of purchase for me but they really do work well.

Noctua does it the best.

Better then paper towels and the wipes are big enough to clean both the CPU and heatsink without getting very dirty.

They are okay. I feel like I had to polish pretty hard with the wipe to get the thermal compound off. Even then not all of it would come off. I feel the problem with these wipes is that they are not wet enough and I would have to scrape the thermal compound off with my nail. What I found to work best is the Arctic Silver Solution. One drop and the thermal paste starts breaking apart requiring only light polishing. Using these wipes after would then be a better experience. However you could just use a Q-tip/soft paper towel instead with the drops.
