> 24 hourI liked how quiet it was, but after two weeks of use, all of a sudden it makes a loud noise, and the fan has a intake filter that protects the fans from accidental damage, and I use it as a cooling fan for a 3d printer and I cannot find a way to claim the products warranty. It still blows air, but it is loud now which defeats the purpose f buying this vs a 50 cent fan.

> 24 hourFirst off, I love the design of the fans themselves. Nice bearings, soft mounts, good aero... nothing wrong with the fan itself. However, the fan comes packaged in a hugely wasteful array of blister packaging and gloss cardboard, befitting of a gift from Tiffanys, not a dusty old fan! I appreciate the idea of including the rubber pins for mounting, and fine if some folks dont want to solder resistors so include an inline resistor to slow it down, but it doesnt need to come in such presumptuous packaging when being shipped via amazon. In best buy magnolia department fine, folks shopping there expect gold plated packaging, but for those of us who dont succomb to marketing anyways and just want a high quality fan... be nice to have a brown bag option that costs less and takes less room in a landfill.

Reduced motor hub size
