> 3 dayAs 70s/80s as they look with the sexy brown and beige color scheme, these puppies are incredibly high quality, incredibly silent, and move some air. Highly recommended. The rubber bits at the corner to help dampen any vibrations are a thoughtful touch.

Greater than one weekBought this to replace a noisy fan in my switching power supply, installed without a hitch and works great. Best of all....its quiet. Hard to talk on my amateur radio with a noisy fan in the background. I had bought one for a replacement on one of my radios a few months earlier and couldnt be more satisified.

> 3 dayMost 80mm fans are noisy, these, like other fans from Noctua, these are whisper quiet.

> 3 dayVery quiet! Very ugly but very quiet!...you buy them for functionality in your work computer, which is why they are not in my watercooled gaming rig too, some things just cant be compromised. What an eyesore!

> 3 dayThe fan itself is somewhat quieter than the previous fan (front case fan), but it changes speed erratically, resembling a car motor sound. No apparent change in case temperature. The anti-vibration silicon feet that the fan sits on dont snap into the holes (the instructions dont give any indication), so the fan is kind of suspended mid-case. I hope it doesnt fall off and break itself.
