> 3 dayThe Noctua heatpipe cooler that was installed on my Ryzen 5 3600+ was ok, but when doing video rendering temps were above the point where I was comfortable. Adding the second fan lowered temps almost 10 degrees C. The 2 Noctua fans are silent making the editing computer nice to operate. Noctua has a very fine range of coolers and fans.

Greater than one weekWhile the color scheme isnt for everyone, these fans are fantastic. They are quiet when they are supposed to be, and not too irritating when they are performing.

> 3 dayIm aware you can get them in black but I like the ugly aesthetics of these fans. They work really well for the noise level. Just be aware of the amount of cfm the fan your are replacing so you can since these do move less air. Noctua makes other models that will push more air but in my case it was not needed. I installed this in an omen 30l along with 92mm Noctua NF-A8 PWM and it works great. The one thing these fans really excel at is filtering out the pwm noise that some fans might exhibit at lower rpms.

12-06-2025I know who you are. You look at the specs and are looking at those little cuts on the blades of the housing. Looking how its brown and two toned with rubber gaskets. I do the exact same thing. Everyone does. But then you remember, man that thing is pricey.
