> 3 dayBuilt a small form factor pc for my mom, and needed a case fan that was silent with good airflow as it would be one of only two case fans. Under normal operation the thing is nearly silent, in fact I cant really hear it over the 200mm fan that the case came with. Ive been running almost pure Noctua fans in all my computers now because of their quality, lack of sound, and high air flow. Theyre a bit pricey, but you wont find a better fan.

> 3 dayI received a fan that was already used by the looks of it. All 4 screws have wear on the threads and heads, and the fan itself has wear on only one side where the screws were used to mount. Totally lame that I was sold a used fan as I am building a brand new gaming pc and was excited to give noctua brand a try.

> 3 dayThe Noctua fans are poorer quality. It makes a weird noise due to a faulty component. Fans ended up failing in less than a month. Very disappointed with the companys products. I also got a cpu cooler from a retail store and it runs really hot. I think the newer stuff is poorer quality either due to cutting costs or changes in designs. Recommend trying other brands first. The Noctua name is carrying the product. Thats all.

> 3 dayWhile building my new desktop I was only able to afford one of these fans, but I will be buying three more because even at full RPM its more quiet than my stock case fans, they do make a small amount of noise at full power but its not an annoying sound that other fans make. I highly recommend these fans

> 3 dayI’ve always been a big fan (no pun intended) of Noctua. Even if they’re not necessary, I like having high quality, low noise fans maintaining airflow in the case and through my cpu cooler. I loved the original NF-S12A PWM, it had everything you could want. High quality build, rubber anti-vibration mounts, sleek waxed wiring with extensions, y-splitters, and even a low noise adapter. I was in heaven. Until I got a windowed case.

> 3 dayI have quite a collection of fans, Gentle Typoon AP-13&15, Panaflo Ultra High, Noctua iPPC 2000, EK Vardar, Sycthe Kaze. I honestly thought by the hype and decibel rating these fans would be inaudible at full speed but you will hear them for sure, they move air as advertised, theyre high flow case fans and for sure theyre quieter than high pressure fans, overall Im quite happy. I have them driven at 60% when the PC is mostly idle and ramp up during gaming, at 60% theyre silent and still moving good air. overall i do highly reccomend them, but remember these are NOT for radiators.

Greater than one weekSuper quiet. Thought I didn’t install them right because I couldn’t hear anything. Really good looking and nice touch with the different colored rubber corners.
