> 3 daycooler très silencieux et efficace, possibilité de rajouter une autre fan..un peu volumineux par contre donc faire attention si vous avez beaucoup de RAM ou une grosse carte graphique

> 3 dayYou cant go wrong with Noctua. I bought this when I converted my old PC into a NAS and the original water cooler was end of life after 8 years! The Noctua seems to keep the temps about the same as the water cooler did. I have a big fan controller on the front and I can see the temps all the time so I know if its getting hot, which it does not. My ambient temps are around 75 max and the CPU is always below 30C, no O/C and running freenas OS. Fan is quiet but not completely silent, gets only a little louder when the fan controller kicks it into high. Still not bad. The case fans are louder.

> 3 dayIm using this with the fan under the heatsink blowing down onto the motherboard. My V750 SFX PSU is mounted to the front for neater cable management and cooler clearance. Im using Corsair CMK16GX4M2Z3200C16 memory. Plenty of memory and motherboard clearance. I scavenged a NF-A15 off my old NH-U14S cooler as a push fan. Running SOTTR benchmark 3 times on ULTRA settings, the CPU temp was no more than 57C with an ambient 22C (CPU fans set to silent in BIOS). Im still finalizing the build and will likely replace the NF-A15 with a NF-A14 PWM fan, since the A15 has half the air flow as the A14.

05-04-2025Bought this mainly to boost the overclock of an FX-8320E. I was hoping that the top down design would better cool the surrounding motherboard components. The northbridge is actually running a few degrees hotter. My previous cooler was an old 120 mm Xigmatek tower cooler that cost one third what this one does. It cooled just as well and the Scythe fan on it is quieter than the Noctua 140 mm at load. I sort of feel Ive been taken.

> 3 dayUsing this for SFF Cerberus X case. Fits inside even with the side-rail mounted. Its a premium price for a premium item. Everything that you could need for installation is in the box, including tools. When installing with bottom-mounted fan, you can unhook it from its mount and shift it to access the screws. The heatsink can be rotated in any desired position (what side the heatpipes are on).
