Noctua NH-D15, Premium CPU Cooler with 2X NF-A15 PWM 140mm Fans (Brown)

This is a great cooler but the colour of the fans may not be to everyones taste.

Im no expert when it comes to computers but I did build my own setup and I had been happy with it for the last 3 years. That was until recently when my computer began to run VERY loud, even when idling. I learned to ignore it but the loud idling was also driving my wife crazy After doing some research I determined my best bet was to attempt to replace the heat-sink. After extensive research I came across the Noctua NH-D15 and decided to give it a go. WOW!! This product completely changed my computers performance and noise level for the better! My computer runs whisper quiet now compared to before and I just couldnt be happier with this product. I will be turning to Noctua products when it comes time to build my next computer as well!

If youre familiar with PC hardware and have heard of this cooler, its exactly what youd expect. Its well packaged, comes with excellent instructions (including mounting hardware for both modern AMD and Intel), and performs unbelievably well.

Quiet, easy to install if you see the screwdriver, cool even with core i7 11700k overclocked. somehow magically the second fan also fits in the case. check their website for compatible motherboards

I have bought This air cooler more than 3 times, as this cooler fits many sockets I convinced almost all my friends to do so, cooling efficiency is perfect, noise performance is amazing the build quality is the same.

Using it on a Ryzen 9 5900x. Idle temps: ~45C (ambient 35C). Peak temps with moderate PBO: 76C. Id recommend this over an AIO for long term, sustained usage unless youre an extreme overclocker.

Purchased to replace a corsair 100I V2 water cooling. Very happy!!! Temp is under <55 At 100% Load. Before, my cpu would reach >80C with corsair watercooler. Easy to set up! Didnt have any problem with it being installed over memory, just adjust and level the fan accordingly.

i9 9900k temps below 60 while playing arma 3? count me happy

Noctua NH-D15 Great performance but several people have issues mounting the second fan over the memory dimms. I was able to mount one of the included Noctua fans in the middle of the heatsink and a standard (separately purchased) 120mm fan over the memory DIMMs. I could not mount the included second 140mm fan due to clearance issues with the memory dimm. Found many people have this issue. Using 4 DIMMS in x570 Gigabyte Master Motherboard
