> 24 hourIve been an avid nhd15 user. No more. I will now be using the u12a for future builds. I just built a 5950x system with a u12a and it keeps it from loosing its cool. Mid 80s when PBO optimized, same as the nhd15 i tried on the same system :) In my mind, its quieter and is not an eye sore in my case blocking the pretty ram that Ive got or causing me to loose skin trying to pull out my video card. As stated before, the temperatures seems like its the same as its bigger counterpart. The only negative thing that I can think of is that I did have a couple of bent fins but they were easily bent back into shape.

> 24 hourHands down the best CPU air cooler design and performance wise. The NH-D15 is a tiny bit better at cooling, but is massive which would work in my setup. After dealing with mounting pressure issues with my 12700K and Asus Z690-A with 2 reputable 240mm liquid coolers, I decided to try this out. Cant ask for a better performance per square inch. This thing keeps my 12700K @5.0 GHz P-cores and 4.0GHz E-cores nice and cool averaging 65C during gaming. Definitely worth the extra cost.

> 24 hourOverall it was a fairly simple job, but my recommendation is to read every line of the instruction guide to save yourself some headaches. Here are some issues that I ran into by not doing that.

> 24 hourBeautiful cooler, added the white pads and its perfect. I have it paired with the Asus Dark Hero and a 5950x with pbo and my temps are slightly better than the nh-d15 but with fans that are easier to attach and a less invasive heatsink. I can see my royals perfectly : )

> 24 hourHas thermo paste and wrench. Totally worth extra buck that you pay compared to competitors.

> 24 hourBought this cooler as it was the only one that supported LGA 1700 out of the box. It keeps my 12600k in the high 60s under load.

> 24 hourI love this cooler, with an overclocked i12700k at 51p/40e, -0.065 Adaptive Undervolt, I keep about 29-30c idle, 55c under regular use, and 83 in Cinebench. AIDA64 Stability Test only gets to about 72-73c.

> 24 hourI bought this as a replacement of a failed AIO cooler in my computer. I have used multiple Noctua air coolers and they are all built like tanks. They are easy to install and I have to admit my computer is far quieter with an air cooler than I ever was with the AIO.
