> 24 hourI purchased this cooling solution after experiencing major issues with the Hyper Evo 212 which, in my opinion, has a terrible mounting solution - mainly they tighten the CPU down to the motherboard way too much. I wrecked two motherboards trying to mount the Hyper Evo 212 and ended up with bent pins for my troubles. So, I went back to the drawing board and found the Noctua NC-U12S. What a difference! Easy to install. No frustrating mounting issues. Quiet fan. All in all, just a joy to install. I didnt even care about the fan color and to be honest, the brown color grew on me over time. Ive had mine installed for several months now and my temps are rock steady and COOL. Ill be using the Noctua coolers as my stock in trade solution for future builds.

> 24 hourInstall was pretty easy even inside the case. I have an AMD system, I dont know if that makes a difference. A little bit louder than the fan I replaced, but still happy with the purchase.

> 24 hourAcheté pour remplacer le ventirad stock de mon Ryzen 2700, qui était beaucoup trop bruyant. Mon CPU est passé de 50° en idle à 40°, et ce dans le silence presque absolu, le bonheur ! Installation un peu galère sur socket AM4, mais la notice est bien faite.

> 24 hourThis is a great CPU cooler. My CPU (i5 3570K) idles around 28C - 30C and goes up about 10 degrees C when torture testing in Prime95. When I overclocked my CPU from 3.4 (stock) to 4.6GHz idle temp when up about 5C, torture testing again went up about 10C.
