Noctua NH-U12S SE-AM4, Premium CPU Cooler for AMD AM4 (Brown)

ho un case cooler master masterbox lite 5, questo case ha un grosso difetto, lairflow è molto scarso, per colpa delle poche prese daria frontali avevo, sotto stress, temperature della cpu (ryzen 5 2600 con dissipatore stock) che superavano i 75° e in alcuni giochi addirittura gli 80° e la gpu saliva fino a 75 gradi.

I didn’t think I’d write a negative review, let alone for an item of a well-known and reputed brand such as Noctua, but I was very frustrated when I was building a PC, trying to mount this cooler and discovering that the box didn’t come with the thermal paste. I think it should have also included noise adapter cable but I was too focused on thermal paste. Everyone mentioned that this would include thermal paste, I have seen it in the reviews, videos, on the store page and even on the box itself, but to my surprise, there wasn’t any, so if I didn’t have a stock AMD cooler, I basically would have to delay my PC build which I already had prepared for 2 months already. I am very disappointed, please beware of this before purchasing this item.

Ran Cinebench Multi Corn test for 10 minutes and my Overclocked Ryzen 7 5700x never gets past 70oc. Would highly recommend to those wanting to stay way from liquid.

After arguing with myself over whether I should air or water cool my new build and reading more reviews then I care to think of, I settled on this. Build quality is awesome and screams premium and fitted my case perfectly. As it says, it didnt impact any ram and the airflow is great, keeping my system running around 20 degrees Celsius idle and so far under load of video encoding its only been a high as 60 so more than sufficient. Amazing product and Id definitely buy more from noctua.

I have a Ryzen 5 3600. Every review I read said AMDs stock coolers were pretty good. What those reviews failed to mention is that its also a pain to install and that pretty good means idle temps of 52 C in a 75 F room. The Noctua NH-U12S SE-AM4 is super easy to install and my idle temps are now 36 C. Im very happy!

Very easy install, with some of the best thermal past around. Seriously, the fan runs at 800 rpm on Prime 95 at stock. Never gets about 58c on my Ryzen 2600. Rpms at idle 350. You seriously cant hear this thing. Even when rendering in Daz 3d Im unable to hear it spin up. Just a spectacular heatsink and fan. From top to bottom, the engineering on these is so good. If you want one of the best air cooling solutions. Look no further. Did I mention how quiet it was? I have nerve damage in one ear and NOTHING is ever quiet to me. But, this is. Fabulous piece of hardware. I have no regrets at all.

Ive had this CPU cooler for 11 months now and I am very happy with it. It is absolutely silent, unless I open the case and put my ear close to it. It keeps my Ryzen 7 2700 at 29-31 degrees Celsius at idle and at about 38-42 degrees when playing high demanding games. Great product!
