> 3 daysingle fan noctua ippc 2000 horizontal. ryzen 1700 oced [email protected]. idle 31c, prime95 70c (constant) 72c spike.arctic mx4 tim. Water is for plebs. I can do 4.0 at 1.42v but it idles at 35c, prime95 76c (constant) spike 80c. not worth the extra 100mhz. Im considering stepping back down to 3.8@ 1.15v. which is probably what im going to do.

> 3 dayUsing this to cool a Ryzen 5800x and its performing well! My case is a Phantek p500a. Kind of a gamble going with this cooler and not a more powerful model, but no regrets thus far. Super quiet too.

> 3 dayNoctua makes great quality coolers. Im not a big fan of AIO coolers and this keeps my cpu in the 45c range when gaming with a slight OC. more then enough for the average user, a NH- D15 cooler would be standard if you are looking to push your OC further.

> 3 dayI am very impressed with the NH-U12S SE-AM4. Took under 10 mins to put it in and 20 mins using acetone (nothing else worked) to get the AMD tim off. Idle temps are 20c cooler and no fan in my system is making much noise now. With Prime 95 temps are 15c-20c lower and I can barely hear the fan unlike the Stock fan the 1600 came with.
