Greater than one weekApplied to (currently stock speeds) AMD Ryzen 2600 on ASUS X470-Pro in an h500i case. Install was very easy, 15-20 minutes tops. Idle temps dropped from 40-45c with stock cooler to 25-27c. Load temps dropped from 65-70c to 40-45c. Worthy investment.
