Noctua NH-U12S SE-AM4, Premium CPU Cooler for AMD AM4 (Brown)

This thing is amazing! My AIO watercooler died after only 3 years of light use so I decided to go back to air cooling. Figured I may as well go for the best that money can buy according to reviews. Installation was the fastest of all my previous coolers. I was honestly surprised to see my peak gaming temperature at 55C instead of 60+ which is where Ive been the past year on my AIO water cooler. AND on top of that, my fans are much quieter than Ive heard them in nearly a decade. Im not even using the low noise adapter and I can barely tell my PC is running. Im only hearing my 5 case fans while idle and its much quieter than ever with less random revving up the RPMs. I think I may just buy this brand going forward as its worth the extra money.

This cooler is doing a fantastic job keeping my Ryzen 1700x cool. I have a few other fans going, but nothing extreme(5 fans including this one, 2 came with case and I purchased an additional 2), and keeping temps around 33-36C idle, and under load about 50-53C.

The cooler came in an exceptionally we packaged box and was unopened and untouched when I opened it for myself.

Looked nice I guess, will never know as they failed to send the correct item I ordered (no AM4 hardware). Stars--. Time to give the Cryorig H5 a try.

Drop my max CPU temp by 30⁰ C and my avg by 20⁰ C. A great investment hands down!

Very easy install, with some of the best thermal past around. Seriously, the fan runs at 800 rpm on Prime 95 at stock. Never gets about 58c on my Ryzen 2600. Rpms at idle 350. You seriously cant hear this thing. Even when rendering in Daz 3d Im unable to hear it spin up. Just a spectacular heatsink and fan. From top to bottom, the engineering on these is so good. If you want one of the best air cooling solutions. Look no further. Did I mention how quiet it was? I have nerve damage in one ear and NOTHING is ever quiet to me. But, this is. Fabulous piece of hardware. I have no regrets at all.

Noctua es posiblemente la referencia a seguir ,excelente presentacion, acabados y construccion y lo mas importante es que la temperatura me ha bajado de 10 a 15 grados menos con todo lo que ello representa, recomendable al 100%

Certainly one of the best coolers on the market. Its keeping an R7 1700 (3.8GHz on 1.368v) idling at 30-35C and 60-70C under load (25C room temp). Bear in mind, I added a second fan from a previous build to the heatsink which improved performance substantially.
