> 3 dayFANtastic thermal paste brought my temps to ~40 idle (65 max) at 1.32 core volt and 4.8ghz on a i7-4790k. I was using a s*** insignia best buy thermal paste and my temps were ~50 idle (~72 max) at 1.275 volt and 4.6ghz. My cpu cooler is a 212 evo. At 8$ this is a must buy.
