Plus added Co-Q10 (saves me buying two supplements). The only downside (and reason for my 3-star rating) was the condition of the product after shipping from Amazon Warehouse. All of the gel capsules were essentially melted together into one big ball of Omega 3s. I was able to pry off pieces with a kitchen knife and save most of the order... This is a product that might be better purchased from your local health food store.

> 24 hourI hate how expensive these are. For my husband and I to take 2 each daily it is pricey. These were recommended by our biofeedback lady. To cut cost we take 1 of these and 1 krill oil, rather than 2 of these daily. Dont know if they are working or doing anything for us.

> 24 hourThis is the best fish oil for the price. Its made with cold bodied fish, not some farmed salmon mixed with other oils. It also contains d-alpha tocopherels, which are necessary for proper absorption.

I opted for the larger container since I am 6 months pregnant and will need to continue consuming through the remainder of my pregnancy. Most importantly, I have never burped up a fish flavor taking this brand - cant really taste the lemon flavor but thats not the reason I bought it. Highly recommend!
