I like it because I can take both omega 3 and CoQ 10 altogether. I need omega for dry eye but get acid reflux from oil indigestion. But somehow when I take this product (omega + CoQ10), it does not upset my tummy. Also I feel my energy boosted after taking this pill probably due to CoQ10. I am happy with this product.

Ive used the Nordic Natural Ultimate Omega for years. It has the higher dose of the Omega 3, plus the CQ10 so I am taking one less pill a day for my heart health.

These have NO fishy burps, which was my goal. Since I also take a statin the CoQ10 makes them even better. I have been taking these for a month and reordered. They’re a little pricey but the independent quality reviews are excellent so I’m willing to pay that extra. Many fish oils have long times from “catch to shelf” ... not these. They get a little soft and stick together over time, but nothing a good shake won’t take care of.

I will be taking these for as long as I can! So many good things to say about this product, but the most important is that I don’t feel nauseous after taking it! After all, it doesn’t matter how good something is for you, if it makes you sick or feel in any way less than yourself, you won’t take it.
