Greater than one weekI especially like the prompt delivery. Have periodically used Nordic Naturals for several years. This is the first time using Ultimate Omega +co Q10 period. I anticipate good results, however I have just received the product. Presently cant comment on what I think about it yet. Hopefully, it will be as good as the other Ultimate Omega that Im familiar with.

> 3 dayMy doctor suggested taking CoQ10 as I take a low dose statin due to family history. This product was recommended by Dr. Ara Suppiah of Morning Drive on the Golf Channel. Not sure if they work. Not sure how I could check if I wanted to know. As noted in my title, the pills are a black & a bit big, might be an issue if you have problems swallowing larger pills.

> 3 dayI like it because I can take both omega 3 and CoQ 10 altogether. I need omega for dry eye but get acid reflux from oil indigestion. But somehow when I take this product (omega + CoQ10), it does not upset my tummy. Also I feel my energy boosted after taking this pill probably due to CoQ10. I am happy with this product.

> 3 dayOmg, my BP was 160/90 I was put on lisinipril. I started taking these, after a couple weeks my BP dropped significantly I had to go off lisinipril and now I only take these. I do try to watch my sugar and salt intake but not everyday. Doesn’t matter BP stays under 140 now.
