I like it because I can take both omega 3 and CoQ 10 altogether. I need omega for dry eye but get acid reflux from oil indigestion. But somehow when I take this product (omega + CoQ10), it does not upset my tummy. Also I feel my energy boosted after taking this pill probably due to CoQ10. I am happy with this product.

So far so good. For a 28 year old who is into lifting weights, I now feel the difference when I take Omega-3s for my knees and shoulders vs when I was only 18. Feels better when I supplement every single time.

This is the best fish oil for the price. Its made with cold bodied fish, not some farmed salmon mixed with other oils. It also contains d-alpha tocopherels, which are necessary for proper absorption.

I like that I can rely on this company to deliver a quality product.
