This product immediately took away pain in my legs that have been brought on by extreme inflammation. This is preventing need to be an amazing product for leg pain. I had almost been brought to tears with pain, but now finally have relief due to this fish oil. Wow!

These are soft gels but large. I find them easy to swallow. But for those who have a hard time swalling any large pills, heres a trick...put pill in your mouth and take a mouthful of water then put your chin down to your chest to swallow. Large pills slip.right down. Try it!

I have been taking Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega for a few years. I have tried many cheaper brands. I can tell for certain that quality matters if you want results from your Omega 3 supplement. After taking Nordic Naturals for about 4 weeks I began to feel the difference. It gives me more mental clarity, stamina, and helped with my dry eyes. No fishy burps. Cheaper brands did not have these same level of noticeable effects as far as I could tell. The effects start to wear off after discontinuing your intake for about a month. So, regardless of which brand you choose, choose a quality brand.

No bad smell, breath or burps. I think some unsatisfied people are not taking with food as directed. It does take 4 daily, instead of two, to achieve recommended daily amount of Omega 3. Solid product; recommend.

These are wonderful they have kept my eyes very healthy as promised and My cholesterol has gone down steadily since I started taking them too. They dont taste fishy or gross and they dont smell weird.
