When i take fish oil, which i have daily for over ten years, i need to be able to swallow it easily and not taste it. These are the ones. Consistently good product. Plus i believe my hair and skin (and hopefully eyes) are so healthy because of it

Felt good when I took

First, Im not sure why pain relief is listed as a category for which stars can be awarded for this product- I dont believe its indicated to be effective for use in such a manner. Ive been supplementing with this specific brand and type of Omega 3s for about nine or so years now. I find that the main benefits I receive are a noticable stabilization of my mood swings (Im diagnosed bipolar, and prefer to take the least amount of pharmaceutical drugs as possible), and a lessening of brain fog (I also have fibromyalgia). The other benefits are subtle- you cant exactly pin down what they are, but you definitely notice when youre not taking them. When Ive gone through difficult financial times in the past I would give up other things in order to continue taking this- its effects are not dramatic, but they make a big impact on my quality of life. This being said, they are quite large pills, and may be difficult for some to swallow, but the company makes a version of Omega 3s that comes in much smaller pills, so theres an option for those who have difficulty with the large size of many supplements.

I ordered this product for a friend and she gave it rave reviews: easy to swallow and good flavor.

These dont make you burn up the middle stuff. However the softgels are huge! This would not be ideal for those have a hard time swallowing pills.

NUMBER 1 SUPPLEMENT ON EARTH! IF YOU CANT THINK/REMEMBER, LIFE IS HARD. How can you live if you forget everything, how can you do a supplement protocol if you cant even remember to take it. If I had one supplement to give anyone on earth, it would be this first. If you cant reason, think, remember, anylyze and have proper brain function, How can you even try to live a normal life? You dont need more reminders on your phone, more notepads, more support from friends and family, YOU NEED OMEGA 3 FOR YOUR BRAIN CELLS. Doctors are so foolish with big phara, they dont tell people but I CAN REMBER TIMES, DATES AND EVEN HAVE PHOTOGRAPHIC MEMORY WHEN I TAKE MY FISH OIL!!! I FEEL REAL AGAIN INSTEAD OF BRAIN FOG DREAMY LIFE. If your fish oil smells / tastes like fish, THROW IT IN THE TRASH and get this stuff. if your fish oil is old and when you break into capsule and taste it, THROW IN THE TRASH AND GET NEW FRESH NON FISHY STUFF AND HEAL! I am a fan of taking the RIGHT supplements, and I try to take the highest quality ones I can find. Although Ultimate Omega was towards higher end cost wise, I feel its worth it. I can be really sensitive to tastes and smells, and this fish oil doesnt trigger either. You know the ones... you take them and burp up fish breath for a few hours and even the pill has the smell to it. These Nordic Natural Fish Oil ones dont. They have a subtle lemon flavour thats not overpowering, and I have never had the fish burps once. They dont upset my stomach either, and even though the form factor is a little large by necessity, I dont find them hard to swallow - the capsule coating is fine, not sticky or rough. I took these during my pregnancy too and even though I had some reflux days especially towards the end, these never made me sick or made that worse. They seem really good quality, and even though were on a bit of a budget at the moment, we still make room in it to buy these. Highly recommend them.

I’m in disbelief how well this product work and it’s been only 5 days.I ordered the toddlers formula for my 2 1/2 year old Granddaughter that was diagnosed with mild Autism. I seen so an 99.9% improvement in her I had to get me a bottle. She wasn’t talking but in 2 weeks she began saying words.If you want to see how well it did for her I wrote a review on the infant formula. But enough about her, I’m 51 years young fatigued all the time on some days I can’t even get out of bed.I had brain fog, couldn’t concentrate, low energy, I was so forgetful I denied the things my children said I said. It had gotten to a point that they had started recording and screenshotting our conversations because I didn’t remember the conversation.. My daughter teased me about putting me in a convalescent home. I only take 2 a day instead of 4 because I’ve been taking Black Seed oil for 2 years. It doesn’t have that fish smell or taste. My burps aren’t fishy. The pills are a little big but it’s worth every swallow. I believe everyone needs to try this. My mother is 75 years old experiencing similar symptoms and I told her about this.
