After reading some reviews, I was worried about fish burps, but I keep these in the freezer and make sure to take them with a meal and have had zero issues with them. They dont smell good if you stick the nose in the bottle so just dont do that and youll be fine.

These dont make you burn up the middle stuff. However the softgels are huge! This would not be ideal for those have a hard time swallowing pills.
