the vpn itself works great and the software was easy to instal. it gives you a lot of connecting options and it is very stable with fast speeds

No customer support at all. If you pay with a credit card directly to nordvpn and the product does not work, or be solved over email dont count on getting your money back

The code you purchase does not work. When requesting a refund from Amazon, you will will wait about 3 weeks.

Safe for me to use

I have purchased this Vpn in the past. It was easy to install and set up. It does what it claims to do. I have noticed it has had an issuse at times with connections but that could also be a problem with my isp. Over all a great product!

Very easy to set up and use

The product came as a flashdrive, and was easy to set-up. The tech support can be better. Instead of answering your questions or offering assistance. They rather ask you to give them every information about you, your computer, what service you use, even when your just needing a simple answer. Its the same process over and over, which gets old.

It is easy to set up. Everyone should have internet security

So to be honest so far all I have noticed is... I cant load some pages like I used too. Which is a pain. Seems like the VPN just outright blocks them. The funny thing is they are usually completely mundane websites like best buy or something. Also it checks every file I download which is nice but the little popup telling me its safe everytime I download something is a bit much.

This is my first VPN and I love the Nord software and service. Easy to install and use.
