NOW Supplements, Magnesium 400 mg, Enzyme Function*, Nervous System Support*, 180 Veg Capsules

I tried these rather than ordering my usual brand based on all of the positive reviews but my restless legs and leg cramps are back. Does not seem to be working.

Kind of hard to swallow

I had tried a Triple Magnesium from the Drugstore & it obviously was not working/absorbing! When I switched to the NOW Brand Magnesium 400 mg I could feel the difference! It is a capsule so it is easy to swallow as opposed to a hard tablet. Item was delivered fresh and packaged well. Very happy with NOW Magnesium 400 mg. I take it with the NOW Super Enzymes!

Magnesium and potassium are the two most important nutrients your body need. If you are low In magnesium then 7/10 times you low In potassium. Magnesium helps with blood pressure , risk of heart attacks , and mood. When I take magnesium my blood pressure tends to drop. I would buy again

The pill is a bit big but if you take any pill you can take this, it works great for RLS

Can’t tell if it does anything

Magnesium in most any form seems to be good for you. I know this helps with leg and foot cramping.
