NOW Supplements, Magnesium 400 mg, Enzyme Function*, Nervous System Support*, 180 Veg Capsules

All I know is, I havent had any nighttime leg muscle cramps ever since I started taking this about 6 months ago. EXcruciating pain, if you know what I mean. Except for when I got lazy and didnt take them for about a week. Then I started with the leg cramps again and let me tell you, Ill never stop taking them again.

I love this brand but lately im having a hard time getting them delivered from Amazon…?

I had tried a Triple Magnesium from the Drugstore & it obviously was not working/absorbing! When I switched to the NOW Brand Magnesium 400 mg I could feel the difference! It is a capsule so it is easy to swallow as opposed to a hard tablet. Item was delivered fresh and packaged well. Very happy with NOW Magnesium 400 mg. I take it with the NOW Super Enzymes!

I very seldom would remember my dreams... and since taking Magnesium, Ive remembered my dreams. Dreams of many things and people. I have MS, Thyroid, Arthritis, and now diagnosed with Osteoporosis - So my research has taken me to supplements I would have never imagined to be taking. So is it the Magnesium that has been helping ?? Along with the few other daily supplements Ive added to my daily routine Im pleased to say I think it has... Ive done so much research in which supplements to take, and Ive added some that I would probably never have taken. Ive stopped some too as I learned some were known to help with the same thing so I chose which to continue taking.

I struggled with insomnia, restless legs and nerve pain before starting this a year ago now 8 hours of sleep and nerve pain is down drastically, restless legs are rare now for me. Worth every penny!

I opened the bottle and poured out a capsule and got white powder on my hand? I am disappointed with this purchase as Now Foods is a top notch company that I have used for over a decade. I have watched kids with TICS lose all symptoms of the TICS after two days on Now Foods Magnesium and B Complex 100. Then the childs parents switched to GNC and the childs TICS came back and once they switched back to the Now Foods products in two days the TICS were gone.

This product is a fulfillment of part of my physicians Plan of Care. The ease with which I can obtain it and have it arrive on my doorstep is much appreciated.
