I love these. My favorite brand of omega 3. I dont notice any fishy aftertaste at all. They work well and I notice that my hair grows more quickly and is thicker. Definitely the only brand that I will continue to buy.

I was very disappointed to discover that it contains soy. This information is listed in small print underother ingredients. Also, the taste is very bitter.
