Not 100% pure/organic ingredients, but one of the better combo of ingredients.

High Omega-3, and no fish burps. Exactly what I was looking for.

I was recommended this product by a person that is very much into health, fitness and supplements; he described it as pharmaceutical grade. As far as effectiveness goes, who can say? Its generally considered to be healthy and thought to possibly help raise your good cholesterol number, which is why I am taking it. I dont yet have new lab numbers but even if I did, many factors influence blood chemistry so no real conclusions could be drawn. The only side effect Ive experienced is that the awful smell of the fish some of the Asian employees eat at the office doesnt seem to be that bad now. Kevin Jackson

good dose of Fish Oil, a bit bigger pill to swallow, but not that big. Would Recommend.

First fish oil supplement I have tried with no fishy after taste or burping

Cant really tell if its doing anything but couldnt with any other fish oils in the past. Didnt give gi upset at least and company makes good products so has my faith..

Didnt see any major improvements after using the entire bottle. Not likely to purchase again.
