I combine with l-arginine and pine bark extract to help increase nitric oxide. These 3 supplements together improve my muscle pump during anaerobic exercise. It helps with increasing sex drive as well. I take them daily with Gatorade to improve taste. Sometimes I use warm water because the pine bark extract doesnt dissolve well in cold water.

No fish burps, no weird side effects. Just good clean fish oil.

no smell, no indigestion. best fish oil capsule I have ever taken. the capsules are big but nothing different from the normal sizes I have seen. I take one at night and one before bed. it recommends taking them three times a day, but so far two a day is working fine for me.

Was very nervous to try fish oil, having heard of the fishy burps, as I am very sensitive to fish smells and tastes. But I neednt have worried!! These fish oil softgels have no fishy taste or odor. The enteric coating makes them very easy to swallow (which is good because they are quite large). I have been taking these softgels daily for a few weeks now and I have had no stomach upset or fishy burps. Would definitely recommend to friends, and I plan to buy this again!
