High amount of EPA 500mg and good amount of DHA 250mg. More EPA than Lovaza but less DHA. Worth it.

First fish oil supplement I have tried with no fishy after taste or burping

Fish oil pills are always large, but these are not that hard to swallow. I still get a fishy taste after swallowing even though it’s in the fridge and says not fish burps.

Just as good or better than other products out there, but at a lower cost. P.S. be prepared for fish burps

No bad taste at all. I honestly cant say if it works--I think its hard to tell with supplements. But my health has generally been good, so Ill keep taking it.

I was very disappointed to discover that it contains soy. This information is listed in small print underother ingredients. Also, the taste is very bitter.
