Tastes pretty sweet. This is a big tub, it will last me a while. I use it to keep viruses dormant or to fight them off. I take 1-2 scoops per day. It helps me with EBV. Im not dealing with the bone cold anymore.

Do not take this! I thought I had dysentery. I followed directions and it ruined me for two weeks.

I use this for my cats. The lysine I was using was a powder and clumped up and got hard. This Lysine is a granular and so is easier to use and measure

Tastes salty alone but cant tell its mixed into a bowl of cereal.

This is a HUGE vat of quality lysine. I put a couple of scoops (the scoop is tiny) in my daily juice drink, and/or post workout shake, as well as my cats food (who has upper respiratory issues). It works great for us both. Its definitely helped my skin stay clear, and I never get sick, so it must be helping my immune system...

My second order of Nutricost Lysine powder. Was cautious about buying such a large amount of product. Purchased to offset the high cost of feline lysine for my rescue cat. Really like the fact I can give him a higher dose for his virus which wreaks havoc on his immune system. Not to mention the mucous rooelike strands ejected from his nose getting everywhere during machine- gun sneezing attacks. All a thing of the past now and forever I hope.
