> 3 dayMy mom has been a diabetic for 55 years. We have moved to an area where there are no medical supply stores. The only sharps container we could find was a quart size...great for traveling but not so great for day to day use, especially when youre giving yourself a shot 4 times a day...it fills up pretty quickly. I LOVE Amazon and looked for sharps disposable containers and there they were AND this particular company, OAKRIDGE, provided several different sizes and packages all very reasonable! Thank you Oakridge and Amazon!

> 3 dayThese sharps containers are 2 gallon in size and have a large opening on the top to insert syringes, etc. I keep mine under the kitchen sink. As a insulin dependent diabetic, I use a lot of sharps each day. These containers last me a bit over two months. Most of my injections are from insulin pens, so I am using small needles. If one is using only syringes, the containers wont last as long.
