Love the fan but required a lot of different tools to assemble and the instructions were unclear at times. Good thing it came with a replacement piece because we had to replace that piece from the start.

I was expecting more to be honest. It blows hard, but not as I expected. From about 15-20ft away it is not constant, you feel it only in bursts. The fan came in beat up, many of the wires on the cage were bent, the cage itself didnt fit well together, the clamps were bent and the instructions were not only bad, but were wrong. I had enough mechanical sense to figure it out on my own after a basic illustration which is about all you get with the instructions. The mister thing like soaks you. I dont even use it. It wasnt supposed to, but youre drenched in water after sitting under it for a few minutes. Water drips down from them within minutes and you get like flying rain drops. Cute idea, does not deliver. It didnt feel well made and for the price I was honestly expecting more. It stays outside so well see how well it fairs in the weather. Now right infront of the thing, you can feel it. But a few feet away with the slightest breeze outside and you cant even feel the fan blowing at you.

Need to have a lower speed

Easy to put together just need a 8mm socket or wrench. Works just fine. Happy Buyer I am

Large, moves air well, mister good, but it is noisy

Oudoor Fan but it cant remain outside. If it rains water gets inside plug and it wont run until plug dries out. Apparently this outdoor fan is not waterproof? WHY? Talked with company and they said it has problems with water getting in plug as well as in motor and that I should cover the OUTDOOR fan with plastic. The GFI plug could have easily been made waterproof. DO NOT BUY if you want to leave fan outside!

I second the concerns of many other buyers about the vibration. Mine is not severe, so I think it will be fine for quite a while, but it is not as smooth as I would have expected.

Bought three fans for our courtyard. The packaging is not proper for the fans and parts. All three fans were rattling around in their boxes when we opened them. We mounted two of the fans - both vibrated awfully. They were either not QA-ed or were damaged while shipping. Now we have holes in our walls for nothing. Called the vendor and they were Talk to Amazon, like they had these calls all the time. Had to return all three. Also - these fans are much larger than they seem from the description - they stick out 20+ inches from the wall and are very heavy. When running - they make a LOT of noise too. Would have been really hard to talk over. There are better products out there.

This fan is not even 5 months old and the pull chain that changes speed and turns the fan on and off will NOT work. I called OEM to see if they could replace, and they will NOT back their product. DO NOT BUY THIS FAN, it will not last and its poor quality built by a company that will NOT stand by its products.

The fan was not connected to the motor.
