It didn’t have a remote control the items was bent but to much trouble to send back wasn’t happy at all

The misting feature of the fan did not work from new. The package came with one spare spray nozzle and it worked. But still the other 3 do not work. Called OEM directly and there was nothing they could do....no new nozzles till NEXT summer. Fan it self works good.

This fan is used on my uncovered patio to keep a a breeze going so gnats and mosquitos stay clear when we are sitting outside on sofa & chairs. An umbrella covers the patio to shade the hot sun. A nice powerful fan. Havent used the mister yet, but Im sure I will come July & August. Loving it so far keeping bugs away and us cool.

The good: The fan has good airflow and creates a nice breeze for our deck area. Selecting low or medium is usually all the wind needed. The bad: I bought 2 fans. The fans are not packaged very well and the fan blades were bent on both units. I was able to straighten one out but the other had to be returned as it had a terrible vibration. Another problem was that the misting ring on both fans had a crack at the weld. I didnt really buy these with the intent of using the mister very often so is not that big of a deal but it is an aggregation. Lastly the fan is loud making it difficult to hold a conversation workin 10ft if it when on high.

Bought three fans for our courtyard. The packaging is not proper for the fans and parts. All three fans were rattling around in their boxes when we opened them. We mounted two of the fans - both vibrated awfully. They were either not QA-ed or were damaged while shipping. Now we have holes in our walls for nothing. Called the vendor and they were Talk to Amazon, like they had these calls all the time. Had to return all three. Also - these fans are much larger than they seem from the description - they stick out 20+ inches from the wall and are very heavy. When running - they make a LOT of noise too. Would have been really hard to talk over. There are better products out there.

Fan stopped working after a month and the plug got very hot, would not turn on.

Purchased two of these. Yes, one was damaged as most reviews mentioned. However it did not impact the performance of the fan. I can see how some people get a wobble on the fan, the small screw to tighten the fan down is not in the easiest location. Luckily I had my own tools to tighten it down which was much easier. Fans work great. I have them each mounted to a 4x4 that is cemented in. Mister works great as well.

We bought this for a swimming party and it was a big hit. Worked great!
