Within a few hours of arrival the oscillating mechanism broke internally and the fan head will no longer lock into place. The customer support number on the manual is not valid. No support means it must be returned. I like it as a fan, but the mister is more of a sprayer and it absolutely soaks everything.

We live in a camping resort and we are outside a lot so its perfect for us! We havent used the mister yet but we will be soon and cant wait!

This is a heavy duty fan that moves a lot of air. It is worth the price even if would not d have the cool misting accessory. Paid $179. My issue was it arrived damaged as indicated by the picture. I was able to straighten the grill and latches though to make it work. I think all pieces were still there.

Very excellent product

Fan has a broken misting ring. After 1/2 hour on hold, tech support said “ oh gee. We’re out of those “. “ Call back in a month.” Not exactly responsive. Do not buy from OEMTools.

We stayed on the river for 9 days during triple digits this summer. Without this fan it would have been so miserable. It’s heavy duty and may need two people to lift, but it’s absolutely worth the effort. It kept us cool and very comfortable during the day and night while playing games outside.

Do not buy. Love the fan but cannot buy parts for it. Fan blew over with heavy wind and bent the fan blade and I called the manufacturer to buy a new blade and they cannot send just a blade (thats ridiculous- its an off the shelf part) . You cannot buy parts for this fan. Stay away from this purchase.

Bought three fans for our courtyard. The packaging is not proper for the fans and parts. All three fans were rattling around in their boxes when we opened them. We mounted two of the fans - both vibrated awfully. They were either not QA-ed or were damaged while shipping. Now we have holes in our walls for nothing. Called the vendor and they were Talk to Amazon, like they had these calls all the time. Had to return all three. Also - these fans are much larger than they seem from the description - they stick out 20+ inches from the wall and are very heavy. When running - they make a LOT of noise too. Would have been really hard to talk over. There are better products out there.
