OKeeffes Working Hands Hand Cream, 3 oz, Tube

These hand creams are quite good, and very effective for over-worked hands. I had already tried this product, but in the version intended for use on your feet. That worked so well that I decided to try the version for hands. This version is every bit as good as the version for feet. The rich cream spreads quite well, and is quickly absorbed into your hands. Unlike many other hand creams, this does not leave you with greasy and slimy hands. I used quite a bit, and spent some extra time rubbing the cream into my cuticles. My hands felt great, nice and smooth, with no hint of dryness. I am very impressed by the entire product line of this company, everything that I have purchased of this brand works well. My hands were not really in very bad shape to begin with. But I ride dressage horses, and the areas between my fingers where the reins pass can become quite sore after battling with a recalcitrant dressage horse. Even though I wear riding gloves, there are still times when the areas between my fingers have been rubbed and sore. This product is one that caused absolutely no allergic responses , and only improved and protected the quality of the skin on my hands. There is not a lot more to say abut it. This is the product that many search for, and never find. It does exactly what it says that it will do, and more. It caused no allergic flare-ups, I was not left with shiny and greasy hands, and the price is good. If you have issues with hand skin, and/or wish to protect your nice hands, or improve your damaged hand skin, this is the product for you.

I have had severely dry skin since I was a child. Have seen dermatology for years, and usually use topical steroid creams, aquaphor, Palmer’s cocoa butter +/- gloves at night. A friend recommended this product and the reviews seem glowing, given the low cost it seemed worth a try. The stuff is simply amazing. After two days of only using it at bedtime, my hands are soft and silky. No more cracks, no bleeding, haven’t used steroids since starting this cream!!! I am no longer embarrassed to have people touch the back of my hands or hold my husband’s hand. My skin used to be very dry and snake-like to the touch. I’m not even sure how this product is so amazing, the ingredients don’t seem like anything special. But I will tell the entire world this product is amazing. I’ve even started using it around my eyes to see if it helps with dry skin and wrinkles, even though I know it’s not made for the face. Hopefully it helps in that area as well.

Handling multiple boxes will strip your hands of moisture and cause your fingers to split. Washing your hands multiple times each day will do the same thing. Essential workers know this too well. After only using this hand cream for a few days, my fingers healed very well after having split from work related duties. No other lotion or cream has compared. Highly recommend if you need to protect your skin from splitting. Any job that strips your skin of its natural protection needs to have this hand cream around. It does not feel slimy after using. It is not thin and runny. A bit like the texture of a cold butter, without the slippery oiliness.

For some reason, this year, my hands have been extra dry and chapped. I tried other creams and lotions with limited success. I noticed a difference Day 1 with OKeefes. No noticeable smells and its not oily. Those are 2 necessities for me. And you only need to use a little bit, work it into your skin and youll notice a difference right away. After about a full day, I could see significant improvement in my dry hands and after a few days, they were back to normal. I tend to have sensitive skin so Im always a little cautious at first. No issues here whatsoever. Im glad I got a 2-pack. I leave one at home and took the other to the office. These two bottles should get me through the rest of the cold, dry months and then some.

I struggle with eczema all year round it seems, but it definitely gets worse in the winter. Ive tried a lot of different lotions that are specifically formulated for eczema, but nothing really worked as well as this stuff has in the past few days I have been using it. I just put this on throughout the day after washing my hands. At night I use the night treatment right before bed (same brand just says its for nighttime relief.) I can honestly say, using both products and keeping consistent throughout the day, my hands are smoother and the red patches have disappeared. I think I have finally found my holy grail for my annoying itchy hands problem. Hope this review helps :)

My hands get so dry and cracked in the winter, I have to superglue the edges of my thumbs closed, when they split open. I saw this cream had a money-back guarantee and super high ratings, so I thought about it a while. I already had tens of different kinds of lotion and hand cream in my cabinet, but I couldn’t heal one split on my thumb. Seeing I had nothing to lose, I bought a small tube of O’Keefe’s. Wow. Not only did it repair my painfully chapped skin, it moisturized my nails and they started growing long again — crazy long. Instead of breaking off, because they’re so dry, I now need to cut them. The photo speaks for itself! I’m a believer in this product and highly recommend this for men and women. It’s rich and protective , but not greasy; it doesn’t have a noticeable scent, AND IT WORKS! Rub some into your cuticles a few times a day, too. Your hands (and nails) will be happy again.

My grandson has super dry hands to the point of not being able to write on paper. So dry that they hurt. There are no callouses or open skin on his hands they just hurt. This is the only lotion that works on his hands. We have tubes all over the house.

It goes on easy and works in well You dont have to use lots of it for it to work.

I dont find there is a scent. I think the product is the best hand moisterizer Ive ever had. If my local store doesnt carry it, I can find it on Amazon. The only drawback to the tube is it is increasingly hard to push the cream out of the tube. Not so bad in the beginning but not long before its a real test of strength to get the lotion out of the tube.

This is probably the most incredible product Ive ever used. I have extremely dry hands- all year round, no matter how much water I drink, what soap I use, what lotion I use. They bleed often and its been like this since I was a kid and was getting sent to the nurse over it. Nothing made a difference- any lotion, eczema cream, psoriasis treatment. Ive tried the puck style OKeefes before and it acted like any other lotion. I can literally feel my skin split apart when I make a fist. Needless to say, when its not painful its itchy and otherwise uncomfortable. I had totally given up- Ive lived with this for 25 years, why continue to fight it? Id adjusted to the discomfort. The before pictures are from when I was applying lotion each night and sleeping in gloves and putting lotion on every time I got my hands wet. Thats a huge hassle and is terrible to sleep in, plus I go through tons of lotion. Recently, someone asked me how I burned my hands and it spiked me to look into remedies again since I realized my coworkers probably think Im diseased and I dont want to be bleeding all day at work. On a last ditch effort before going to the doctor for real, I tried this stuff. It fixed my hands in a couple days, with only 3 applications a day. It has improved my quality of life tremendously. I can wash my hands without pain and they look 50 years younger. I have never had something solve any problem so completely, quickly, and easily. This is, hands down (ha), the best stuff Ive ever used. I will use this until I die know that I know how nice it is to have normal skin and to not have constant pain and itching. Edit: June 2021 and Im still loving this stuff! Amazon says Ive purchased the two-pack 7 times, which really is not a lot for a year and a half of daily use. I use this each time I wash my hands during the work day, so more often now than the 3 times I started with- mostly because I really like the waxy feel some people complained about. It makes it easier to handle paper at work and it feels like it leaves a protective layer that keeps my hands from feeling dry in between uses. The last picture with bare nails/grey sleeve is the recent update one. This is the first time in my life that my hands have looked normal for more than a couple weeks at a time! I havent had anyone comment on them at all since Ive been using this lotion!
