This is the absolute best lotion; quickest and most effective moisturizer I’ve ever tried for skin repair and I am so grateful I found it. I work with animals and am often sanitizing things with Rescue Disinfectant (Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide). I use gloves the majority of the time, but if even just a small amount gets on my hands (especially if it’s the concentrated solution before being diluted), my hands will often look visibly dry within a couple hours. Combine that with the frequent hand washing/sanitizing that was already involved when working with multiple animals AND then also Covid... my hands would be painfully dry and my knuckles would crack and bleed and there was never a lotion that could keep up and add enough moisture back to my hands before I’d have to wash or sanitize again. I also have dermatillomania and often pick at the skin around my fingers especially when my hands are dry and cracking which obviously makes things even worse and far more difficult to heal and the vicious cycle continues. Goes on a bit thick and sticky feeling at first, but quickly absorbs into skin and doesn’t leave an obvious lotion grease/feeling that I find really uncomfortable. If things are really bad, I’ll apply 3-4 times spaced out every 15-30 minutes. Regardless of how destroyed my hands are, I notice a difference within just an hour or so and my hands dramatically improve overnight if I apply a bunch to my hands just before I go to sleep (especially if using the specific night treatment). They’re never 100% by the next morning unless my hands were only mildly dry the night before, but even at their absolute worst, they’re usually at least 75-85% healed and moisturized.

It goes on easy and works in well You dont have to use lots of it for it to work.

Been working outside over 30 years, my fingers crack even with gloves on. This product takes the dry cracked skin and turns it to smooth painless skin. Amazing.

Disappointed. Non-oily, as advertised, but does not do the job. Lacks Lanolin.

This stuff works miracles on extremely dry cracked hands that come from repeated washing on my job as a registered nurse. I had thumbs that were cracked open at the cuticles and no other products or interventions were of any use. Once I got this hand cream it only took a few days to see a major difference and Improvement overall. My skin on my hands healed up within a week. Previously I had tried for months with bandages and ointments. That didnt work but this certainly does! This is not like any ordinary hand cream. It will soften cuticles and moisturize skin almost instantly. I use it at the end of my shift each day and my hands look extremely healthy. As a registered nurse I tend to wash my hands 20 or 30 times a day. With okeeffes Working Hands I dont have to worry about injury from good infection control practices as in washing my hands repeatedly day after day. I wont use anything else ever! This is amazing! I would give it 10 Stars if it were possible. Yes its more expensive than other products but it will do far more than those big bottles of lotion will ever do. This one small tube is equal to a huge bottle of hand lotion. You dont have to use it as often as you would cheaper products and you will get extremely better results even so. Try it youll like it.

Im a nurse and also have eczema. The alcohol sanitizer and soap we use constantly are very tough on my hands. I found OKeefes and started using it every time I washed my hands at work. It has been great with helping to stop the painful splitting I used to get. I also am sensitive to fragrances and this has no added fragrance. Follow the instructions to use a minimal amount and you wont have sticky results. Once this Covid crisis cranked up, I was reaching for my OKeefes and decided to message their company to see if they were interested in donating any to the doctors and nurses on the front line. They didnt miss a beat in answering with an enthusiastic Yes!. True to their word, the samples arrived today. I became tearful when I heard those jars rattling around. Their generosity and kindness will go a long way toward soothing a lot of healing hands. I cant wait to pass these gifts along to the hardworking staff at our hospital.

These hand creams are quite good, and very effective for over-worked hands. I had already tried this product, but in the version intended for use on your feet. That worked so well that I decided to try the version for hands. This version is every bit as good as the version for feet. The rich cream spreads quite well, and is quickly absorbed into your hands. Unlike many other hand creams, this does not leave you with greasy and slimy hands. I used quite a bit, and spent some extra time rubbing the cream into my cuticles. My hands felt great, nice and smooth, with no hint of dryness. I am very impressed by the entire product line of this company, everything that I have purchased of this brand works well. My hands were not really in very bad shape to begin with. But I ride dressage horses, and the areas between my fingers where the reins pass can become quite sore after battling with a recalcitrant dressage horse. Even though I wear riding gloves, there are still times when the areas between my fingers have been rubbed and sore. This product is one that caused absolutely no allergic responses , and only improved and protected the quality of the skin on my hands. There is not a lot more to say abut it. This is the product that many search for, and never find. It does exactly what it says that it will do, and more. It caused no allergic flare-ups, I was not left with shiny and greasy hands, and the price is good. If you have issues with hand skin, and/or wish to protect your nice hands, or improve your damaged hand skin, this is the product for you.

I started using OKeefs Working Hands a couple of years ago, and found it to sooth and heal my dry, aging hands. I didnt notice a scent (which was a good thing), and the consistency was perfect. Several friends and family have used mine and commented on how much they liked it, so I bought each of them one of their own. They were thrilled!
