OKeeffes Working Hands Hand Cream, 3 oz, Tube

I love this lotion. I live in a dry climate and my hands get so dry they crack and bleed in the winter. But if I use this lotion before bed, I wake up with soft non-cracked hands. It works great, and it the only lotion that I have found that truly works!

This product is as pictured, and comes as a tube that is open and not in any packaging or container; however, the tube IS SEALED with a small seal at the opening, so you must remove the cap and peel off the safety seal before use (A+). Content is a white cream, that is thicker than a lotion. No Smell. Goes on and absorbs well into skin, does NOT leave hands sticky or greasy. I bought this Hand Cream to give to my mum (81yo), who has been going through issues with severe full body psoriasis that only just started a few months ago, and her hands were all broken up, dry, and painful. She had been using Aveno Psoriasis cream which she says has been helping (she used the stuff a dermatologist prescribed but it wasn’t helping and she refused to go back..Ugh! Stubborn Old School, I told her Derma Dr’s write Rx’s of the lowest treatment version 1st and only increase the strength if the Rx doesn’t work, BUT she doesn’t want to return to the Dr..*rolls eyes*, Elderly parents); however after using this O’Keefe’s, she told me that she preferred this cream to what she was using, because it wasn’t “sticky” after use. I put a little on the back of my hand and I did not notice any smell or fragrance. I selected this product after ages of reading various reviews about O’Keefe’s products (Was going to buy long ago just for the moisturizing during cold weather). From all I gathered, this and Corn Husker’s are what many mechanics, healthcare professionals, people who live in severe cold weather, etc., all use to help moisturize their hands and keep them from cracking and the skin splitting from either severe cold temps or constant hand washing. Also, this product was listed on Amazon under psoriasis and enzama treatments. I’m glad I finally broke down and bought this product! I selected this O’Keeffe’s product version (tube) because O’Keefe’s products are pretty difficult to find, because they are so popular and have such a cult following that is seems they are constantly sold out every time I get around to trying to buy them, so I was happy to get whatever version (Tube, Puck, Pump) of O’Keeffe’s that I could lay my hands on, pun intended. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT and I RECOMMEND SELLER. Just go ahead and buy it, you won’t regret it (almost guaranteed!!) This was a stress free A+++ transaction, purchased on the weekend and had in hand by Mon/Tues with regular standard free delivery.

We live in the mountains and the air can get very dry in the winter. Consequently, my husbands and my hands became very dry and cracked. We tried all sorts of hand creams, but even though many of them worked well at first, none had a lasting effect and we were reapplying the creams several times a day. As a last ditch effort, I saw a commercial on TV for OKeeffes Working Hands cream. I then went to Amazon to see the reviews. They seemed to be excellent. So, I purchased this smaller size to try out, hoping but not truly convinced that this cream would solve our problem. As soon as it arrive, my husband and I both used a very small amount on our hands. It absorbed quickly and left a soft feel to our hands. I became completely sold when later in the day I realized that I hadnt had to reapply any cream and my hands still felt moisturized. We are so happy with this purchase and will definitely be repeat customers! Excellent product that lives up to its promise!

I bought the hand lotion for myself and then gave some for my Husband to try, he noticed a big change in the dryness of his hands disappear. We both use the hand ones for day and night and our dry cracking skin is healed!!

These hand creams are quite good, and very effective for over-worked hands. I had already tried this product, but in the version intended for use on your feet. That worked so well that I decided to try the version for hands. This version is every bit as good as the version for feet. The rich cream spreads quite well, and is quickly absorbed into your hands. Unlike many other hand creams, this does not leave you with greasy and slimy hands. I used quite a bit, and spent some extra time rubbing the cream into my cuticles. My hands felt great, nice and smooth, with no hint of dryness. I am very impressed by the entire product line of this company, everything that I have purchased of this brand works well. My hands were not really in very bad shape to begin with. But I ride dressage horses, and the areas between my fingers where the reins pass can become quite sore after battling with a recalcitrant dressage horse. Even though I wear riding gloves, there are still times when the areas between my fingers have been rubbed and sore. This product is one that caused absolutely no allergic responses , and only improved and protected the quality of the skin on my hands. There is not a lot more to say abut it. This is the product that many search for, and never find. It does exactly what it says that it will do, and more. It caused no allergic flare-ups, I was not left with shiny and greasy hands, and the price is good. If you have issues with hand skin, and/or wish to protect your nice hands, or improve your damaged hand skin, this is the product for you.

My partner’s hand feels like a carpet with jagged plastics. His hands are callus from manual labor and weights. He said nothing has fixed his hands so I took that as a challenge! Everyday, I massaged a dime sized into my partner’s hand for 30 minutes. I did this before bed because the consistency can be thick/gunky. The cream takes longer to absorb into the skin than regular lotion. After 30 days, my partner’s hand were so Danny! Until we ran out of the bottle (he has manual labor everyday so, my massage work was SOILED!). The bottle lasts a little over a month’s use. I will buy again to review with photo comparisons. Spoil your loved one with this product + a hand massage. They will thank you (:

Ever since being on accutane my hands have been habitually dry. I have tried numerous moisturizers, only some of which are worth keeping around the house. This is one of those for the following reasons. It works. It isnt fancy, but it does moisturize your hands. It is not greasy. It can be used multiple times a day without building up a greasy layer. It only takes a few minutes for you to be able to use your hands to type again without leaving residue on your keyboard. Compared to the original product in the circular container, this one is less greasy and soaks in faster. Another important thing to consider is the consistency. This is a cream and is thick. It is not really intended to be spread over large body surfaces such as legs or back. For that application, another product would be better. It is the right consistency for an hand cream. A blueberry or two worth of it is enough for an application. The containers are well made and are good for at home, office, or on the go. It is reliable and works as expected. For roughly $10 you get 2 tubes of it. This is a great value! It is a unpretentious hand cream that does the job well.

This is probably the most incredible product Ive ever used. I have extremely dry hands- all year round, no matter how much water I drink, what soap I use, what lotion I use. They bleed often and its been like this since I was a kid and was getting sent to the nurse over it. Nothing made a difference- any lotion, eczema cream, psoriasis treatment. Ive tried the puck style OKeefes before and it acted like any other lotion. I can literally feel my skin split apart when I make a fist. Needless to say, when its not painful its itchy and otherwise uncomfortable. I had totally given up- Ive lived with this for 25 years, why continue to fight it? Id adjusted to the discomfort. The before pictures are from when I was applying lotion each night and sleeping in gloves and putting lotion on every time I got my hands wet. Thats a huge hassle and is terrible to sleep in, plus I go through tons of lotion. Recently, someone asked me how I burned my hands and it spiked me to look into remedies again since I realized my coworkers probably think Im diseased and I dont want to be bleeding all day at work. On a last ditch effort before going to the doctor for real, I tried this stuff. It fixed my hands in a couple days, with only 3 applications a day. It has improved my quality of life tremendously. I can wash my hands without pain and they look 50 years younger. I have never had something solve any problem so completely, quickly, and easily. This is, hands down (ha), the best stuff Ive ever used. I will use this until I die know that I know how nice it is to have normal skin and to not have constant pain and itching. Edit: June 2021 and Im still loving this stuff! Amazon says Ive purchased the two-pack 7 times, which really is not a lot for a year and a half of daily use. I use this each time I wash my hands during the work day, so more often now than the 3 times I started with- mostly because I really like the waxy feel some people complained about. It makes it easier to handle paper at work and it feels like it leaves a protective layer that keeps my hands from feeling dry in between uses. The last picture with bare nails/grey sleeve is the recent update one. This is the first time in my life that my hands have looked normal for more than a couple weeks at a time! I havent had anyone comment on them at all since Ive been using this lotion!
