> 24 hourNeeded to get something that would help me use my Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon 7th Gen in my home office since Im working from home these days and decided to use this stand to hold the laptop with the Lenovo ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Doc. The base was easy to adjust and it my ThinkPad fits it like a glove. It feels nice and sturdy and looks great with the X1 Carbon. Im not a fan of the branding, but Im able to use it with the logo facing the wall so all that I see is a nice slick black. Overall, Im very happy with this purchase.

> 24 hourIt does what it’s supposed to do. Solid and heavy. What more can I say?

> 24 hourVery good stand. Really sturdy and heavy metal made. The only thing is that you have to be really careful putting your macbook in the stand. It has a rubbered interior, but it also has sharped edges that can slightly bump your computer if you are not careful.

> 24 hourI got this for my MacBook pro-2021 and it was very wobbly. I had to return it. You want your laptop to fit securely inside.

> 24 hourThere are 4 screws on the bottom to adjust the width based upon your laptop’s thickness. Only 1 screw actually matches up with an Allen wrench (we tried several sizes) to be adjusted. So we ended up stripping the other 3 just trying to widen the stand.

> 24 hourI use it with a docking station, so works well In keeping the laptop off the side and upright freeing up real estate on my desk. What I didn’t anticipate is that when the laptop is in hibernation mode to wake it up you have to remove it and open the laptop and press the power button. Not a flaw in the stand, just something you need to consider.

> 24 hourI bought this one for my main machine - a 16 MacBook Pro, and a separate double holder for my Windows machines that I keep around for Windows-only programs and videos. I was very surprised by how sturdy these are. Solid, heavy metal so you can be sure your expensive machines are safe. Adjusting the size was easy - I just loosened the bolts on the bottom with the provided Allen wrench, sat the machine in the holder, made a little mark where it should sit, and tightened the bolts. My Windows machines are odd sizes, but the adjustability made it super easy and now theyre secure and tucked away. I dont write many reviews, but these really impressed me.
