> 3 dayThe dimmer works and the app allows you to set a time for on/off. However, I was not able to connect to my smart hub their the device app, or my smart hub app after several attempts.

> 3 dayI love the ability remotely control the outdoor lights in my grilling area without having to get down to manually plug them in each night.

> 3 dayI was having trouble setting this up, so I opened the wifi control panel on my android phone. I noticed that the device itself was hosting a wifi network. So I connected to that, the app asked me for my home networks password, and bam all done. I dont like the fact that you have to create an account with meross in order to set it up, though. I do like the fact that you can create a widget with the app to control the individual outlets. Much handier than having to open the app, as I will potentially be using this while driving my class B RV.

> 3 dayThis outdoor plug works great. Our outdoor deck lights are now fully integrated into our Alexa and Google Home systems. We have them set up for automatic control and we dont need to find a switch when we want them on or off. The set up was simple and quick.

> 3 dayI really wanted to like this, but after trying multiple times to connect to the Meross app for Alexa integration (in addition to HomeKit), I finally gave up. I tried: -Turning off 5ghz on my wifi router -Deleting and restarting my iOS device to clear HomeKit cache -Plugging into different outlets closer to the main router -Begging and pleading that each attempt would work, sometime waiting up to 5 minutes before seeing the dreaded “failed to connect” message And although I was able to connect to HomeKit, sometimes even THAT wouldn’t work with each connection attempt. Additionally, I found that the plug would often lose connection with HomeKit, which is another reason I wanted to connect to the Meroe app (no way to update firmware without connecting to meross app). I ended up re-purchasing the same exact device under the Refoss brand name (same company and same device model number), and it connected first time flawlessly (and much more quickly I might add). I think I just got a bad device from Meross.

> 3 dayI bought 2 of these Meros outdoor smart plugs to replace old analog timers for Christmas lights. Each plug has 3 independently wi-fi controlled outlets via the Meross app. Also, it connects fairly easy with my Google Home app (works with Alexa too). Each outlet can be set to turn on and off on a daily schedule. I set a schedule to go on 10 min before sunset and off at 10pm daily. Both plugs turned on and off simultaneously at the set times without me having to make any other adjustments. Unlike the old analog timers that were never in sync, often lost time and would need to be readjusted. I really like these and have added several smart indoor outlets for everyday lighting as well as for timing indoor Christmas tree lights. Set and forget or ask Google or Alexa to turn on a specific light or appliance.

> 3 dayOut of everything I ordered for Christmas this plug is my favorite. It hooked up to my wi fi and Alexa quickly and easy. The fact that each outlet turns on or off individually from my phone is awesome!
