> 3 dayThe instructions say to use the eHomeLife app for iOS to work with Google Assistant. But the eHomeLife app only works with Alexa. You need to use the Meross app to work with Google Assistant. Here is how I got it working with Google Assistant and my Google Nest Hub... Note that the Meross app connects the plug to the Apple Home app but then asks you if you want to link it to Google Assistant. After linking Google Assistant with Meross, run the Google Home app and tell it to look for new devices. Do this... Tap on the Settings Icon Tap on Add device Tap on Works with Google Tap on Meross Tap on Check for new devices Then set a routine... Go to routines and tap the + icon Tap Household Edit the name Tap on Add Starter, When I say to Google Assistant (whatever you want) Tap on Add Action, Adjust Home Devices, Outtlets Look for your outlet in the list.

15-04-2025Simply go into HomeKit, add new device, scan QR code on plug and you are ready to go. So easy!

> 3 dayUsed this via my Home app on my IOS devices via Homekit. Couldnt be easier. Plugged it in, opened the Home app, hit add device, used the camera to scan the code on the device, took about 5-7 seconds to connect/add. Can control both outlets, can set it up on a schedule if I want, hasnt lost connection yet. Build quality seems fine, like that the outlets have covers (that are well connected instead of flimsy, thin connections). Very pleased

> 3 dayBuyer beware. Setting this device up with the Apple Homekit did connect it to wifi but couldnt do anything further with it without the eHomeLife App that the user manual does NOT recommend using on an IOS device. Once the app was loaded and the account was created, I was then able to add the device and edit the name. Then the fun began of trying to integrate it with the Alexa app. Alexa wont find the device and when you try to use the eHomeLife skill, you cannot sign in because No such user error message. Appartently I am not the only one with this issue. There are 3 other apps for the same parent company Meross but none of them work. I will be returning this product.

> 3 dayMost people are running on a combination of 2.4 GHz wifi and 5.0 wifi. For me, mine router switches between the two channels depending on the device and traffic. This plug can only be set up on 2.4 GHz, so you may have to switch something over, or something off. After that is taken care of, just scan the QR code and the app does the rest. The two plugs can be controlled simultaneously, or separately.

> 3 dayAfter months of it working great it suddenly stopped working in the Home app. I had lost the QR code and tried using the company app. That still didn’t work since you need the code to connect the device to both Home App and the company app. I have read other reviews of similar issues that the device just stops working within a years time, so buyer beware in this item. No support from the company.

> 3 dayFirst, let me say that this switch is working perfectly for me now, but only because I ended up downloading the proper app onto an Android tablet and setting it up to NOT use the HomeKit services. I tried repeatedly to configure this using the HomeKit settings, but it simply would not work. I really like this smart plug... it has two outlets, and each are separately controllable. Im using this with some landscape lighting and it has worked perfectly since it was installed. Ive always had a problem with dusk-to-dawn sensor controls and landscape lighting, so using a device like this allows me to integrate it to Alexa, which then controls switching based upon dusk and dawn settings. This switch does not support dimming... its purely on and off. Again, Im really happy with this product and it works great... as long as you dont try to set it up as a HomeKit device. Understanding that, I have no problem recommending it to others and I would order it again.

> 3 dayI didnt know the brand so I didnt have big expectations, but this device works perfectly. I was able to add it to HomeKit within 5 minutes from unboxing. Pleasantly surprised also that I can separately operate the two outlets.

> 3 dayIt constantly loses connection. Moderately easy to set up, I love the idea, and the plus itself works if I go outside to turn it on or off — but that kind of defeats the purpose. It loses connection with my phone constantly and will not reconnect.
