> 3 dayAnything that requires me to change my WiFi signal from 5ghz to 2.4ghz and disconnect my mesh system just to set up I consider a pain in the butt. I did all this and it still didn’t want to connect. All the other smart devices in my home connect with no problem. I have plenty of bandwidth and a 1 gig signal. Go with Lutron or something else. The set up is terrible

> 3 dayMy Refoss Smart Plug controls the lights on my patio. Makes life so much easier when I can use SIRI to turn on the lights as I am letting the dog out at night. However, the plug lost its connection to the wifi and I was unable to read the set up code on the device. I emailed support and problem solved! The turnaround time was much faster than expected. Bottom line - excellent customer service.

> 3 dayI’ve added many home kit devices to my home. As soon as I added this my entire home automation devices became non responsive. Tried multiple times to contact customer support. There’s only an email and they take days to response and just say talk to the customer service for the other items. Your item isn’t working either!!! Stay away!!!

> 3 dayMost people are running on a combination of 2.4 GHz wifi and 5.0 wifi. For me, mine router switches between the two channels depending on the device and traffic. This plug can only be set up on 2.4 GHz, so you may have to switch something over, or something off. After that is taken care of, just scan the QR code and the app does the rest. The two plugs can be controlled simultaneously, or separately.
