20-11-2024Seems to setup easy enough with Home Assistant. Im using these for outside christmas lights and the first time i set it up, seemed to turn on the lights at sunset as expected. I wake up the next morning and one outlet is on and the other is off instead of both being off. Its showing up as a dead node in home assistant. I unplug and plug back in and it seems to work. Same issue the next morning. Except now i cant fix it with unplugging and plugging back in. Looks like from previous reviews others have had similar issues. Will be returning and looking for another alternative since this is unreliable

> 3 dayI consider myself pretty good at smart home devices and have added dozens of device to Samsung Smartthings (SS) with no problems. But, for the life of me I could not get both of the outlets to show in SS. The second outlet was worthless when setting up my Christmas lights.

Greater than one weekI do NOT recommend this product. Yes, it has a cool simplistic nature and allows you to control 2 devices separately. But is also doubles as a bridge extender itself which is not compatible with a number of systems. It only wants to communicate with the base station of your network, not the whole mesh. By doing so, it was causing lock ups and delays in the networks. My devices werent reacting as they should have and could take minutes before they would execute commands. By the time I workes out this was the problem, it was already outside the return policy. If you dont understand how your ZWave network works, avoid this product.

Greater than one weekThis z-wave outlet works well with Smartthings. It seems reliable and outlets are individually controlled. I use one to turn on cats water bowl when outdoor temperatures drop below 34 degrees.

Greater than one weekI’ve got a healthy Z-Wave network in my house but I just couldn’t get this outlet to pair properly. I tried at its final location, next to the z-wave controller and near another Z-Wave switch with no luck. Ultimately I returned it and picked up the ZEN14 from Zooz which worked great.

> 3 dayGreat concept with 2 controllable outlets, but absolutely terrible device. I have no idea how this has anything above a 2 star rating. I purchased 2 of these devices. Each one was placed within 30 feet of a z wave 700 series (extended range) device and only 2 hops from my hub (also 700 series). I have a strong a wave network. They worked fine for a couple of days, but then started failing about daily. I didnt have them on a demanding schedule either--just on and off once per day. I replaced them with a different (but single outlet) device and it worked well. These are garbage--stay away and dont be fooled by these skewed reviews.

> 3 dayAfter using so many wifi plugs, my internet slowed so much, and was looking for a solution and using z wave instead lessens the congestion on my network. With all my wifi plugs going in the trash, replacing them with these has corrected so many of my slow internet issues. Love it!

> 3 dayBought 5 for an outdoor fan misting setup. 4 fans, 1 pump. I believe the pump is 12A, and the fans are all 2-3. It reacts instantly, and so far after a month has been rained on, and baked in 100F Texas suns.

Greater than one weekIm using these on my Edison Style string lights over my backyard. Its a standard switch with few interesting modifications. I am working with a Smartthings system that runs a combination of Z-Wave and Zigbee products. The first of these units I received didnt work reliably after the initial addition of the product. I requested a replacement and received a replacement in 2 days. Great customer service, decent product (despite the initial issue).
