> 3 dayI purchased this zw97 specifically when the description detailed that both outlets can be controlled. I added my zw97 to the alarm.com. It was easy to add, but can only control one of the 2 outlets. Id appreciate feedback from the manufacturer.

Greater than one weekI consider myself pretty good at smart home devices and have added dozens of device to Samsung Smartthings (SS) with no problems. But, for the life of me I could not get both of the outlets to show in SS. The second outlet was worthless when setting up my Christmas lights.

> 3 dayThis switch does exactly what its supposed to - I use Z-wave switches throughout my home and this one is no different, with the exception of being outdoor rated and having a dedicated always hot outlet. It pairs perfectly with Samsung Smart Things, as well as Amazon Alexa for voice control. I have it mounted in an enclosed rear porch to LED string lights. Definitely a winner - especially if youre on the fence about wifi or z-wave - go z wave for switches!

> 3 dayThe unit becomes unreachable every few days and has to be rebooted to get it recognized again. It cant handle routines that have both outlets turn on or off at the same time. Response time after commands are issued is very slow. The unit works but I recommend looking for anything else if you want reliability

> 3 dayI have Smartthings and close to 40 z-wave/zigbee devices. These were my favorites. They withstood harsh conditions in a security situation BUT, after a year and a half, I needed to change my network settings (never do that if you can avoid it) and spent a weekend excluding, removing, and reinstalling them all. I was able to do all them, except my 2 Eva Logiks. Factory resetting doesnt work like in the instructions, youtubes are in Chinese and product support is minimal. If they are even able to be reset, until I can get some product support, they are just expensive paper weights.

> 3 dayI do NOT recommend this product. Yes, it has a cool simplistic nature and allows you to control 2 devices separately. But is also doubles as a bridge extender itself which is not compatible with a number of systems. It only wants to communicate with the base station of your network, not the whole mesh. By doing so, it was causing lock ups and delays in the networks. My devices werent reacting as they should have and could take minutes before they would execute commands. By the time I workes out this was the problem, it was already outside the return policy. If you dont understand how your ZWave network works, avoid this product.

> 3 dayI purchased this item because I needed the 2 channels. I wanted to be able to control the lights differently from the water flow in the foundation. I had a difficult time initially getting SmartThings to recognize the 2 channels, so I reached out to their support. EVA LOGIK got back to me with a suggestion and a video to help get it connected, it did the trick and now I am using it as indented.
