05-06-2025I bought these because I thought they would be easier to remove when I needed to access the outlet, but still tricky for a toddler. However they are very hard to remove and gave my husband a nasty cut on his finger. I would not recommend buying these.

> 3 dayWe have a little one just starting to move and these are great. Too difficult to get his little fingers behind!

> 3 dayunnecessarily difficult to remove. i had to use a screwdriver to get them out. the little handle broke off when i tried to use that. there must be a lot of review padding here.

> 3 dayNice to have a little handle/grip when plugging and unplugging. Some are a little stiff to slide handle open. Sometimes hard to unplug, but could be the safety in the outlet itself.

> 3 dayI almost did not get these because some reviewers were complaining about not being able to remove them easily. The way I see it and knowing was little ones can do, I would rather spend a few extra seconds trying to remove it than having my daughter mess with an outlet and get hurt. They are so easy to install and I like the fact that they look good so they are not too intrusive in your home décor. As far as our hard they are to remove, I also think it is due to the outlet itself. I tested removing the plugs on different outlets and it was easier/harder for some. My advice is give it a try and if it doesnt work for you, just return it!

Greater than one weekI like these because you cant see the outlet thru them which makes my toddlers even less interested lol. And they are difficult for them to remove, so it does the job.

Greater than one weekThey worked great. Some outlets you could still pull them straight out, without having to pull the flap up. But most of them worked great.

> 3 dayTook me a minute to figure out how to get the pull tab to come out. Then they went in easily and stay in place, but if you need the outlet it is VERY difficult to get them back out. My kid wont be able to remove them, but Im afraid I wont be able to either.
