> 24 hourMy 3 yr old is shorter than most of her peers and isn’t able to climb onto a regular toilet without a boost. This potty is nice and low to the ground for her to manage on her own and is PERFECT for road trips and running errands. When we travel, it’s so easy to put a plastic grocery bag over the potty and have her go right in the privacy of the back of our car rather than using a nasty public restroom toilet. I recommend this for EVERY toddler or preschooler who’s semi-newly potty trained.

> 24 hourPurchased this before going on a small road trip with my son. Very glad to have it. Wish I bought it sooner but I think we will still get plenty of use out of it, especially with kiddo #2.

> 24 hourNever before children did I think I’d have a potty in my car, alas, here I am, and I’m reviewing it. This is the travel potty you never knew you needed, until you are potty training and are afraid to let your child ride in the car without a pull-up on. Alas, you have arrive at this product and possibly this review. You don’t think you need this until you are leaving your daycare facility, and get on the highway (which is about a 35 minute ride from home, and the next potty stop is a good 25 mins away) and you ensured your very adorable tiny tot has relieved themselves before hitting road, to only just pass through the toll booth and hear “I NEED TO GO POTTY!!!” To which you reply: “you just went at daycare can you hold it?” And tiny tot says: “NO ITS ALMOST COMING OUT!!” If this sounds like you, than this little port-a-pot for tots is just up your alley. It’s a stand alone little pot, so if you’re outside somewhere discrete you can let them pee on the ground, OR if you can’t do that, then they have amazing little absorbent bags that attach to this little pot to catch it all and tie it up (please take it home and discard of it properly, we’re all humans here, or so I hope). But wait!!!! there’s more!!! It’s convent to use in the trunk, or on the back seat for added privacy for your tiny tot, and even folds out to be a tot spot on a regular big pot. If you’ve gotten this far, for real it has been a life saver for my 3 year old in the long car rides to and from daycare daily, and when visiting friends. Happy Potty training families!

> 24 hourSo there I was...in the middle of Ohio on our first roadtrip with the toddler, also 6 months pregnant with kid #2. Drinking lots of water because duh, I was pregnant. Suddenly traffic on the Interstate comes to a screeching halt....and we are nowhere near an exit. My pregnant self immediately decides it has to pee....and HOW! Waze helpfully tells me its 45 minutes to the next exit - no bueno. Pregnant self is insistent...and then I remember I have this awesome toilet seat in the back of the car for our son to use. I did not hesitate to grab that sucker out of the trunk and bring it up to the passenger seat - because of course, we are stuck in a sea of semis and other vehicles at this point, so I cant get out and use it roadside. You have truly not lived until youve tried to levitate your 6-month pregnant butt above a travel car seat in front of your son and significant other. Anyway, it wasnt even all that hard to maneuver, its just that I was laughing so hard at the situation, which of course only served to exacerbate said situation. Point is, it works great as a kids travel potty, especially in unfamiliar hotels with unfamiliar toilets, as well as in Cracker Barrel parking lots. But dont discount its usefulness for adults in need as well. :)

> 24 hourI bought this item because we have several road trips throughout the year. I wanted to have something for when my daughter started potty training. She was a late trainer (3 1/2 yrs). First she didn’t want to use it but once she saw how convenient it was for her she loves it! I love it too! Turns out that my now 4yr old daughter doesn’t like using public restrooms. I either carry it in a backpack or just leave it in the car and she uses it when we get back to the car after walking somewhere. It’s light, foldable and easy to setup. We even used it in a hotel as her regular potty because she didn’t want to use the regular toilet. This can be used on a regular toilet seat but she didn’t want to. On the road, if she tells us she needs to go, we find a place to park and she goes! I highly recommend it!

> 24 hourI bought this as soon as I realized it existed, which was before we even started potty training. The quality is solid and it feels much sturdier than I expected! My kid decided very suddenly that they were finished wearing diapers, so potty training began and this OXO potty has been a life saver! What’s more, my child loves using it! Highly recommend to any parent of a toddler. Buy this one!

> 24 hourWe keep this little potty in the car for on thw go and for traveling!! Very convient with long car rides and not having to try to find somewhere to stop!! Also if you run out of the bags we just used a regular grocery sack with paper towels in the bottom! Also I would recommend keeping a bag in the potty ready to go so you dont have to worry about it when its time use!!

> 24 hourI bought this to keep in the car and total long on outings so that my three-year-old can continue potty training and not rely on pull-ups. It has been a game-changer! It is fast to set up, very stable once the child sits down, and is definitely easy to clean up when used with the appropriate bags. Its lightweight and slender enough that I put it in my beach bag, hauled it in a backpack around Boston, and now just keep it in my car with extra bags. There have been some close calls, and this sets up in a flash but also folds up to put away quickly (and only folds up when you want due to solid snap buttons) as well. I thought I would be wiping the seat every time but with bags, you dont have to wipe a thing except your child! Get this for all your excursions!
