> 3 dayThis seat is amazing, so useful, very sturdy. I read a few reviews when looking to purchase that said it was wobbly on the toilet bit I found that when using forward on the toilet seat instead of toward the back of the seat like the instructions say to the seat will teeter forward. A con would be that this seat would be difficult to unfold one handed but possible if you have a minute since you have to hold the grey buttons on the bottom to completely unfold or close the oxo seat however that is what make the seat so secure and sturdy and well as safe. And if youre concerned about the back of your little ones legs touching the toilet seat especially in a public place is would recommend getting sa fabric or disposable seat cover to place under the oxo seat since it does not cover the whole seat and must be placed further back on the toilet. Compare to the kalencom seat this one seems much more comfortable and contoured. My 18lb 6 month old sits perfectly on this seat for ECers who are wondering if this seat would be small enough. Something to consider is that the splash guard is a little short for boys, it could easily be a messy situation if not sitting or aimed properly . However for me, the cons far outweigh the pros and the convenience and ease of this product it s a multi functional travel potty that would sit any baby able to sit themselves what more could I ask for that your can take anywhere? Love love love

> 3 dayOMG!! A coworker told me about this when I was mentioning to her my apprehension about driving to our family reunion being that my 3 year old son had finally started adapting to not going potty in his pullups. She immediately said this was a lifesaver and she takes it everywhere. So I ordered it, not really having high hopes, but figuring Id give it a try. OMG, OMG, OMG!! Do you know the whole time we were driving my son told me like 4 times that he had to peepee (4 times is a lot because it was only a 4 hour drive). I think he saw it as a game. Dad was driving and I was sitting in the back with him and 1 year old daughter. I think he enjoyed being pulled out of carseat and placed on potty while in the car. We had him wear a pullup just incase, but he didnt go in pullup, he was thrilled to use this new invention. Having said all of that, it is very easy to use, it folds in flat and comes in a thick drawstring durable plastic bag. It also comes with a few disposable bags that have an absorbent pad attached to the inside base to help retain the mess. The reusable bags are designed to be pulled over potty and drop down inside to catch waste. This is great for road trips, as well as everyday here and theres. You can use it in a restaurant if your child needs to go but you dont feel comfortable with them sitting on the public toilet seat or anywhere else at that, because not only does this fold out as a standing potty, but the legs hyperextend out to create arms that allow it to balance across a toilet, (ofcourse when you balance it on a toilet you wont need to use the bags.) I definitely recommend this if you are potty training your little one or even if you have a toddler and are a germaphobe about public bathrooms. Buy it! You wont regret it!

Greater than one weekSo there I was...in the middle of Ohio on our first roadtrip with the toddler, also 6 months pregnant with kid #2. Drinking lots of water because duh, I was pregnant. Suddenly traffic on the Interstate comes to a screeching halt....and we are nowhere near an exit. My pregnant self immediately decides it has to pee....and HOW! Waze helpfully tells me its 45 minutes to the next exit - no bueno. Pregnant self is insistent...and then I remember I have this awesome toilet seat in the back of the car for our son to use. I did not hesitate to grab that sucker out of the trunk and bring it up to the passenger seat - because of course, we are stuck in a sea of semis and other vehicles at this point, so I cant get out and use it roadside. You have truly not lived until youve tried to levitate your 6-month pregnant butt above a travel car seat in front of your son and significant other. Anyway, it wasnt even all that hard to maneuver, its just that I was laughing so hard at the situation, which of course only served to exacerbate said situation. Point is, it works great as a kids travel potty, especially in unfamiliar hotels with unfamiliar toilets, as well as in Cracker Barrel parking lots. But dont discount its usefulness for adults in need as well. :)

> 3 dayI just recently potty trained my daughter and I wanted to make sure that when we went out anywhere I would have a way for her to use the bathroom. Initially I bought it for the stand alone feature, like if it was an emergency and I needed to pull over for her to go to the bathroom I could. Turns out I never had to use it for this reason yet, which I am absolutely ok with. I have used it in MANY times in public bathrooms. I was a little hesitant that it wouldnt work in certain situations, but I was wrong. I have used it in park bathrooms that have no actual lift up seat on them, I have used in in port-a-potties, and I have used it in normal bathrooms. It fits great in all these circumstances. An unexpected plus is that my daughter likes to hold the side of the toilet seat when she goes to the bathroom and its nice because she can actually put her hands on the flip out legs and I dont have to worry about her touching the public bathroom at all. And lastly, when you take your kid to the restroom, you might as well go too. Well, I was in a hurry to use the bathroom because I just wanted to get my kid out of there before she touched everything after she went, so I didnt bother to put the potty seat away, I just used it too. And I gotta say, it was so much better than squatting or putting my own butt on the public seat! Only slightly embarrassed for having used it! :)

> 3 dayNot only is this a must for traveling (even to the park) but I found it has helped with potty training. The small size of this makes it less intimidating than a standard toilet and my son is much more likely to sit on this and wait to poop/pee than siting on a toilet, even a toilet with a kiddie seat built in.

> 3 dayI bought this specifically to bring on an overseas roadtrip while my daughter was in the midst of potty training. We could not afford a regression because she was slated to start preschool in a couple months and was required to be toilet-trained. This saved us many times during our vacation, but even just the one time we pulled over on an Icelandic highway for her to take a massive dump in this thing was worth the $20 bucks spent. And it went from the car to the hotel room where we used it as a reducer. We still leave it in the trunk on standby with wipes for those moments when she needs to go NOW or we dont want to deal with finding and getting to a public toilet which can be pretty gnarly in itself (for that I use Potty Shields) - at the park, at the beach, in parking lots and other random places. And it seems shes quite comfortable with it. I dont use this on regular toilet seats - first off I would rather not put it on a public seat (ewww) and we bought it strictly for use on the go but have used while staying in hotels. Its not the best fit on all toilets, but it does the job just fine and our kid prefers it over holding onto the regular seat for dear life so thats good enough for me. Super convenenient, easy to clean on the go just wipe down with antibacterial wipes, legs pop up easily and are sturdy, size is good (my tall 3 year old still sits comfortably on it), and the OXO bags do not fail. I love this thing and recommend to all my parent friends!

> 3 daySo easy to set up / use. So easy to clean. Im happy for the purchase! We go on hikes often, and needed a solution so my boy isnt holding it in. We are also not fond of using public restrooms. So I bought this hoping that we could pop it open in the trunk for him when he needs it. I AM NOT DISAPPOINTED! He took to using it just like the toilet topper we use at home. The waste was so quick and easy to dispose of. And there was no extra mess for me to have to wipe up! Im so happy with this purchase.

Greater than one weekI bought this as soon as I realized it existed, which was before we even started potty training. The quality is solid and it feels much sturdier than I expected! My kid decided very suddenly that they were finished wearing diapers, so potty training began and this OXO potty has been a life saver! What’s more, my child loves using it! Highly recommend to any parent of a toddler. Buy this one!

Greater than one weekThis thing is amazing for potty training and travel. My 3 year old tells us when she has to go, we pull into the nearest parking lot, put her on the potty, tie up the bag, and toss it. It’s also great for when your toddler is afraid of public restrooms. Can’t leave home without it.

> 3 dayAt the park? You have a toilet. At a restaurant? You have a toilet seat. So freaking easy to use and convenient to carry around. I’ve taught parents to potty train for years before having kids of my own. I will always recommend this product to parents from now on. So easy, convenient, and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.
