This brush basin is a good idea, but it misses the mark. Yes, you can rinse your brushes very well. But the whole idea is to preserve your brushes. Once you put them in the drying position. The water will start dripping to the metal part and where the glue is. It would have been better if you could put in the downnward position on the inside. The openings are different sizes. That means if you have a set like me that they all have the same size handle, some will stay and others will fall thru. Unfortunately this was not a good fit for me, hopefully it works for you.

My hobby is painting ceramics and I love my artist brush basin. It keeps my brushes in great shape. Thinking about getting another one, I would recommend to anyone who wantshould there brushes to last longer

This was exactly what I was looking for. It has saved me from having multiple plastic cups accidentally spilled by my kiddos. The kids are happy that that have the ability to clean their pain brushes easily and spend more time creating masterpieces.

The bucket works well. I use it for cleaning my brushes and drying them. I like that you can place multiple brushes of different sizes in the holes. The lid it comes with however does not snap closed. It only sits on top.

I love this little basin. I have had two of these for many years. I just wish I could get them without having to buy a large amount of something else to get them at the discounted price. I wanted to order some others for gifts at my watercolor class. I cant find anything but white ones at the art store here and white isnt a good color.
