> 3 dayGreat printer! I was skeptical due to the price and a name I never heard of. Was relatively easy to set up. Is quick, very good quality, and a small footprint. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayUnfortunately, I didnt need to printer when I first got it - it was purchased for a specific project that didnt start until now. My bad for not testing it when I first received it but this was the biggest waste of money. Amazon support has been HORRIBLE with this as well. And because I didnt use it immediately, my return window has closed and I am stuck with a $90 paper weight

> 3 dayWireless setup was easy, it has a great double sided printing feature making printing double sided prints easy. Problem is the chip on the toner cart counts and decides when it thinks you should be out of toner. I was able to print 580 pages 7% coverage when the printer decided it was enough and would not print any further giving me a replace toner error. Interesting that if I hold the continue button long enough, the self test/printer info printout (4 pages) prints with remarkable quality. These countdown measures should be outlawed as a form of consumer fraud. I opened the toner cartridge and it still has plenty of toner remaining. The company should be forced to provide an override to the countdown and error allowing user to continue to print until the user decides it is time to purchase a new toner cartridge.

> 3 dayI bought this printer specifically because it said it was compatible with Chromebooks (which are finicky with printers). I also wanted the wireless capability. I did get it to work with the Chromebook, but I could not get the wireless to work. Their online customer service said that wireless is not supported with Chromebooks. BUT I am happy to have a printer that does print from my Chromebook when connected. The overall quality of the printer is decent for the price point and they had real-time online customer service chat, which is helpful because their directions are a bit confusing. It is not very quiet or fast; but the paper capacity and print quality are good. If you need minimal printing and an inexpensive printer, this may work for you.

> 3 dayThis printer installed easily with a USB cable. The print quality is excellent. For mobile it was difficult and the instructions needed more detail. I am a web developer with solid technical experience. I managed to connect and print for my Android phone once. However, when I changed the password it hung the app. Every time I tried to print after that it brought my WIFI to its knees. It kept slowing to and hanging at 90% for a 1 word PDF with the word test. My WIFI was working fine otherwise. I could not get it to work at all for my Chromebook.

> 3 dayNeeded printer at vacation site. Major hotel does not have business center. This printer easy to set up (I’m 81 years old) easy to use. Am able to print crossword puzzles from my internet newspapers without any problems. Small enough to carry on airplane in Cary-on bag.
