This might be an easier tool to use if I built more wheels but it took a good bit of work for me to properly dish -- but tool is good quality and I got there in the end, so ... good purchase.

I bought this to get the dish right on a wheel I was having trouble with after replacing a few spokes and truing. Woked great to help me get it right. Not a pro and do not use it a lot, but when I do, works fine.

Easy to use, fast check of rim to hub alignment. Makes wheel building easier!

A good tool for the price. It is basic but will tell you whether your wheel is dished correctly or not. I have used it to build 3 wheels. Very handy.

I am glad I bought this. I do not know if another dishing tool would have worked or if a makeshift one would have been fine, but this tool definitely does what it says. I felt very professional testing the dishing on a recent rear wheel rebuild. So, this is a great tool for a beginner like me. My only complaint is that I find adjustment to be somewhat difficult and imprecise. The screw-on gauge makes it hard to make fine adjustments.

This tool has all the adjustments you need to fit a multiple selection of wheel sizes. Compares to the tools I have used in the many bike shops I have worked in all over the world. The best factor is the lightness.

It works OK, it is too simple not to! The biggest drawback is the depth gauge locking handle. After you put the feeler gauge close to the wheel axle you turn the knob to hold the gauge in place. As you tighten the knob the gauge actually moves, what a poor design, especially from Park Tool!! You flip the wheel over and check the other axle but arent getting a very accurate reading since the feeler gauge moved when you tightened the know. A screw type measuring feeler gauge would be much better, especially if it would give a measurement in millimeters.

I cant fault the tool. It is made of good quality and works fine. I just regret the purchase, because I realized I didnt really need the tool to build a wheel when you have a truing stand or at lease the pro stand. Once you true a wheel on a stand that is correctly aligned, the gauge becomes redundant. Live and learn.
