Nice umbrella for two people

Title says it all. Ordered 2 and received 1.

Ive gotten so many compliments on this umbrella. I havent had any issues with it and it definitely feels sturdy. The colors are bright and does wonders to brighten up a dreary, rainy day.

I have had a bright rainbow umbrella similar to this for over ten years and I always get compliments on it. It is such a nice pop of color on a grey Seattle day! Also, I love that it is big enough for me to walk from the classroom to my office with a student. It is so awkward to have an umbrella over your head while your companion is without. Dont believe the urban myth that we Seattle folk do not use umbrellas. We just know authoritatively when it is pointless to open one up - this umbrella will take a bit of wind, but once the wind kicks up and the rain is coming down even a little bit sideways put this Bumbershoot away and strap on your Gore-tex hood. The order arrived when promised and was packaged well. Made the perfect Pride Day gift for our familys Gunkles.

I really like how strong this umbrella is. It is not the lightest or most compact umbrella on the market, but this one will likely outlast most other compact umbrellas. I also like the clever wind valve, sewn-in flaps that will open and let air pass before the wind turns the umbrella inside out. I appreciate the solid construction and expect this one to be more durable than many of my past, now damaged compact umbrellas.

With this umbrella you press the button to open and press the button to collapse the ribs and then press down on the top of the umbrella with the palm of your hand while holding the handle with your other hand. Press together until you hear a click. The fabric holds around the umbrella easily and the strap has plenty of length to wrap around to secure the fabric. The cover goes on well by twisting. This is a very nice umbrella with wind flaps to help keep it from turning inside out when it is windy. The fabric is on the thicker side and the umbrella is constructed well. The handle is comfortable to hold and has a wrist strap for easy carry when not in use.
